Really hard to find at Leeds Bradford airport. The email gives you several postcodes and if you choose the wrong one you end up in short stay and as we did had to pay £13 to exit as we had the wrong car park. The signage is appalling and for us we were staying in the travel lodge the night before. But if you plan to park and get your flight allow time for finding it. The actual car park is fine, shuttle bus is tedious to wait for and again is slow. Just allow time to find it get to the airport and probably park up the day before. Otherwise I would simply park in short stay at the airport which is a. 4 minute walk to the terminal and easier to find!

We waited nearly an hour for the bus to collect us for the Silver Car Park at Bristol, despite the fact there should be a bus every 15 minutes. Would never use the car park again.

Very comfortable stay. Room was really nice and bed was very comfortable. Very friendly and welcoming staff. I would definitely recommend. Very close to Gatwick and easy to book a cab from hotel to airport.

Newly taken over, directions were clear but no easy signposts to direct you to entrance. However once in the compound all went well. Transfer from airport to carpark was chaotic to say the least, picked up by a mini bus, no space for cases which were piled in the front of the bus and blocked the exit doors. Health and safety issue, driver did not explain that he could drop off at each bus stop so that one could alight where car was parked. His communication was poor and I felt that he had not done this before, The person in charge at the porto cabin was very helpful and apologetic, Would use again but the line numbers need to be at both ends of the parked cars lines and possibly reflective to be seen easier in the dark. Bus stops also need to have easy to see numerals or letters so that driver can be informed as to which stop [s requested.

First time I have used T3 but the staff were so helpful and polite and even took time to explain what I did when I came back. I was worried as it would be late and would be on my own but everything was good . Only thing to point out my car wasn’t in ‘Pink’ 106 as noted on key but in a ‘no parking’ area at the side of it 🤷‍♀️ There was a black 4x4 in bay 106 🤔

We only needed a bed before an early flight. The hotel is basic but clean and comfortable.Really good value. We have been back again since our first visit.

I had issues with my baggage collection and was late by more than 4 hours and when I called the Customer service were very understanding and told me to take my time as the car will be kept in the parking lot until the midnight with no charge and told me no need to call or worry about the car and just come over whe I was ready.to collect the car. It was very helpful and comforting in my hour of panic with the baggage collection issue. Really appreciate it. Thanks

Makes it so much easier just park up and get on the bus to your chosen terminal. Easy, cheap & convenient. Wouldn’t book anywhere else for our Airport parking.

I have used holiday extras many times over the years and has always been of excellent service. Bur our last trip was messed up with the date of bookings. They had booked my car for parking at Heathrow from the 20th of March to the 4th of April. OK not a big problem but the problem was the hotel was booked for our return date the 4th of April. We booked the hotel for the 20th of March. As it's not very easy to get hold of anyone or have a contact number only a stupid computer to write to. We had to book another hotel to stay in on the 20th of March. At an extra cost to our selves. We are still waiting for there customer service team to get back to me about this problem.

Well to be honest it was the cheapest transfer I could find at Tenerfife airport, the company they used did a good job.
