“Over all, reasonably priced for convenient parking and the hotel could not be closer to the Airport! Sadly the service on the Holiday Inn restaurant was extremely slow, my drink arrived as I was finishing the meal I'd waited ages for and having to get up to find someone to ask again for my drink four times. Then they charged me for drinks I never got. They didn't even apologise. The room was very dark. There is no over head light, only the bedside lamps, a standing lamp and a desk lamp. This was very annoying. The parking was excellent. Very helpful bus driver dropped me off and picked me up quickly and helped with my bags. All the parking staff couldn't be kinder, friendlier or more helpful. Direct Parking are first class.”

“Simple process, drove to drop off point and left my car with staff, given document and instructions for return and collection, arrived back made contact and collected my car without issue, some other customers of other providers were still waiting for theirs cars, so if in doubt use holiday xtras”

“Last parking booking was processed wrong where time in and time out were put as midnight. Not what I requested through the booking form. I had to cancel my booking and rebook in for much higher price only to be informed a few days before departure that it was a system glitch and I could have used my voucher with wrong hours. I always had a good service from holiday extras but on this occasion made me really cross”

“Our return flight to Manchester from Malaga was delayed over 12 hours due to a serious medical emergency on the flight requiring an emergency landing and overnight stay at Bordeaux. I rang holiday extras who were very supportive and extended return time to new return flight time without charge. Excellent customer service!”

“Booking was fine, friendly staff on arrival at the carpark, had to wait on the bus too long before leaving for the airport?? Returned to find car had been damaged by another customer!!!”
