“I originally booked to park at Manchester Airport in August last year - unfortunately our flight was cancelled due to the air traffic control problem, after we had already parked. We did not have any extras on the policy but Holiday Extras agreed to give the full amount back in a voucher due to us only being parked for 5 hours. We have used part of our voucher to use Park Smart car park at Liverpool Airport this year and the remaining for a further booking next year. Customer services at Holiday Extras were very helpful and both car parking experiences have run smoothly. I would happily recommend booking insurance and parking through this company.”

“Transfers were on time both ways. Easy to find the pick up in arrivals. Plenty of room for 4 plus luggage in the vehicle. Have used the service several times in the past and always had a good experience.”

“Easy to find and ANPR recognised my number plate. The only issue with the parking was that it wasn’t well signed as to whether or not we were at the correct bus stop bus stop for collection to go to the airport. We had the same issue on the return journey from the airport back to the car park. A sign at each stop with details would have helped. Apart from this minor issue, parking was value for money compared to other car parks around the airport.”

“Everything went according to plan. Easy to find and well organised for our car to be parked in car park. It only took 5 minutes to walk to terminal. The only thing is it works out at £20 a day. Overall I think it is too expensive. I know cost of living is very high but costing £87 pounds for 5 days is I believe is high. It’s seems that tourists are hit from all sides and sometimes I wonder my self whether it is still worthwhile going abroad.”

“Was clean and comfortable but staff seemed confused not sure of what they were doing. Expected a buffet style. Had to order seemed not value for money. Some drinks having to pay more. Cocktail £8.50”
