“Easy to book and simple to use. Turned up at Newcastle Airport Long Stay and straight through the automated barrier on arrival. Left via the automated barrier in departure with no issues. Prices have gone up since they gave their own off site parking but I guess the airport will be mostly responsible for that”

“I use holidays extras for hotel and car parking every time we go abroad. They are brilliant. It’s easy to cancel if you need to and also easy to change things if necessary. During Covid I cancelled three bookings with them and didn’t lose any of my money. Great company.”

“On arriving at Edinburgh airport the automatic barrier never raised although we had already prepaid. On returning to Edinburgh we had to wait a good 20 minutes in the rain, for an unhelpful bus driver . The bus was absolutely jam packed & no one on the bus was aware that it went to Scot park 1st. No announcement from the driver ,was dark & pouring of rain and customers did not know if they should get off the bus or not, bus stops weren’t clearly lit never mind which car park we were in . Very badly run & wouldn't recommend car park to anyone”

“I have always used meet and greet at Luton and never had a problem. This time when I collected my car there was a scratch on passenger door. I tried to discuss with the man in charge who showed me a photo of my car in the car park taken after I left showing a large scratch. This had been polished out and a smaller scratch remained. I am certain this was not there when I dropped the car off. He said was probably done by another car park user. I am confused as to why they polished out the majority of the scratch if it was nothing to do with them. Will never use again and wouldn't recommend it.”

“Great location. Short walk, about 100 meters of which is outdoors (if it’s raining). No queue when we dropped off. Car was waiting when we picked up. Have used several times and would use again”

“On arrival at Bristol airport we were faced with an immense queue, that stretched along the whole of the outside terminal. We waited at least 10 mins before there were signs of any buses. There were a lot of angry people in the queue. Once the buses did arrive we were herded on to them like sheep. We were told to move as quickly as possible, and jammed in. There was then a massive queue to get the car key. All in all a very bad experience.”
