“Purple car parking meet and greet was reasonably priced there were people there to help us when we arrived . The handover process was easy and well handled . When we picked up our bags we called them and the car arrived when we got to the car park . Excellent service, this was at Heathrow T 4”

“we had booked a paid for the car at liverpool airport. when we arrived the barrier did not go up, as it said it would. we had to get out the car and press the intercom button. it was raining. it took a while and then someone answered. she asked for my registration and then said there was not booking. i said i had the booking number, which i gave them. nothing else was said but a ticket appeared at the machine. i asked what i was supposed to do but they had gone!!!. eventually i took the ticket and hoped for the best. how rude to just go and not say anything. there was nothing wrong with my booking all the detail were correct , including the registration number, date etc. this is the second time this has happened to me and therefore i will not be booking with them again.”

“we used the Luton meet and greet and as the airport is undergoing a lot of construction work and is a bit chaotic this is a really good service right near the terminal. The staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“Stayed at Brittania Hotel a few times now. Would recommend.Reliable transfer to and from airport. Good to know car is safe and bonus that take car keys with ys so know car will not be moved.”

“Simple efficient process and only 5 mins walk to Terminals 1 or 3. Always use if at those Terminals. Not good for Terminal 2 as bus seems to take forever when you get back!”

“My only complaint is the directions to the actual car park once in Manchester Airport area, the island is very badly marked and not just ourselves ended up paying £5 to drive through due to the bad signage.”

“Simple process from start to finish to book. Great that at Gatwick I could book a lounge included on the Holiday extra’s website. Parking is a simple process and it works. Still very busy even in October. The return bus stop (same as drop off) seems a bit of a hike to and from the terminal entrance.”

“Everything was fine with Silver Zone apart from our return from the airport to collect our car. Had to wait 45 minutes for the bus. The queue stretched all the way across the terminal building as the rain came down. The lack of buses to deal with the amount of customers put a big dampener (literally) on our experience.”
