Car park fine but ibis room claustrophobic

Rooms were really small, kettle did not work. We went to reception and the only option they could offer was a cup of hot water. Bed was really uncomfortable. Transfers were very expensive and very restricted. We arrived at the pick up point 1 minute after the scheduled time and the bus had gone and we had to wait 1 hour for the next. Very disappointing and would not stay here again.

Vehicle wouldn’t fit under the barrier, 2 metres. That’s lower than usual car parks. At the time of booking there was no mention of height restriction! I understand it is in the confirmation but it should be very apparent when booking. Extremely disappointed, nobody to contact to speak to to change or amend. Had to pay for parking at the hotel and just loose the money already paid.

Convenient location, very efficient administration for both drop off and collection. Bus transfer very good especially given my inbound flight was 23.30. Would certainly use again, thanks.

all worked very well and very pleased - some one should check the instructions to get from the hotel to the airport as these do not appear correct

Cannot fault the price and the pick up time to return to airport. Only issue was booking in at airport as it was quite chaotic and at one point sent to go with one driver and then when got to his transport told he wasn't our driver. Despite this hiccup I would recommend using this company.

Both transfers from and to the airport were excellent. On both occasions the drivers made contact and kept us informed, it was very reassuring! I will use this service again!

Very easy process, great instructions, and the shuttle buses came very quickly on return a bit of a delay waiting for the coach overall good experience, always booked with this company in Heathrow

Purple parking at Heathrow was excellent. Clear directions to park, shuttle bus arrived quickly. On return, just missed bus but the next one soon arrived. Very quick by staff at reception on arrival and departure.

The price is very good value, the instructions very clear and true and had no issues getting in and out. I opted for late cover and even with a 1 hour delay I had no issues

Meet and Greet not well signposted. ANPR didn't work or recognise my numberplate. Booking not recognised on your system, had to get someone to assist, difficult at 6am on sunday morning. They couldnt find it either so booked it under a Ryanair Dublin flight. On arrival meet and greet is not signposted at all. Would never use meet and greet at liverpool ever again

I use this method 10-15 times a year and to be honest it is good, if you can find a parking space! I have used every short term car park at Stanstead and to be honest 9 times out of 10 whatever colour you use you always end up in a different colour car to find a space, normally the furthest away from the terminal. I have blue badges and in 60-70 attempts have never found a disabled parking bay free. Probably because there’s only 10 in every car park….
