“Hot food that was cold manager stating it was 71 degrees Centigrade. When obtaining alcoholic drinks it was one per person, very unfair when you a partner who is in a wheel chair.”

“Paid extra for transfer by small mini bus but were redirected twice by rep at Alicanti Airport and put on a large coach where the driver had no information about us and as a result had to walk further to our hotel and as I have mobility issues and suffered a fall as a result of being sent all over the airport we were very disappointed with the service we received. Made a complaint but received a reply to say there was a high volume of complaints and now have heard nothing since.”

“We booked parking at Liverpool airport. It was cheaper than going through the airport site, but not quite by the 20% suggested it might be. It was easy to book and all went smoothly on the day”
