“Car park system was run perfectly - easy and organised, fantastic. Holiday inn room was pretty grotty - there is no way a 12 and 14 year old could sleep on the sofa bed - not suitable for over 5s. In the end I switched with my son and had no sleep at all and neck ache for the next 5 days!”

“I get that mirrors and seat positions etc may well be changed but the memory setting on my car was changed, all mirrors moved and more importantly my automatic lights had been turned off meaning I set off without realising the lights were not on. Overall it was ok, have used M&G quite a few times without any issues, didn’t seem as good this time.”

“Returning after 2 weeks of holiday, we got a nastiest surprise, our car battery died on us (the result of a very cold weather) ... imagine the frustration on us, Sunday evening in a car park with a car that won't start because of a dead battery. Here were the car park staff comes in action and saves the day. With a great staff, fast response and a jumper pack the size of a big trolley, in 10 min, or less, we had our car started and on our way. We can't be more grateful for the quality of service that the car park staff had shown.”

“Easy and quick to drop off your car in the drop off area and staff explain everything clearly and show you where to get the bus. Clear signs to get to the front desk. Good information given on how to get back to the purple parking and collect car. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a good price and stressfree parking.”

“Was told they hadn’t saved us a baby cot when we requested one also tv not working in room and would have been nice prior to catching an early flight I insisted they got me a cot being 23rd December and everywhere closing early lucky enough they found me one 1 hour later not what you need before your holiday”
