“The booking & price were good. Have used Holiday Extras numerous times in the past and always very helpful. This is not an issue with the booking, but on arrival at Cardiff Airport Long Stay the ANPR was not working and there were no signs to inform people. This meant everyone had to wait and be manually checked in through the intercom. The same issue when trying to leave the car park.”

“I booked Purple Parking for a week at Gatwick Airport and everything went very smoothly. The price was reasonable and transfer to and back from the airport took approximately 10 minutes (North Terminal). Staff were cheery and helpful especially the bus driver who engaged in helpful conversation about the stops and the duration time between pick ups and drop offs.”

“Very easy to book, goes by vehicle registration. Just parked, went on my holiday, came back and left. The barrier automatically opened as id already paid, much cheaper than just turning up and paying after coming home.”

“We had excellent service from start to finish. Always use Holiday Extras as easy to book, car park was easy to find, 5 mins from airport and Ibis straight over the road from terminal 2. Ibis is very modern with clean, quiet & cosy rooms. We also used the bag drop at the airport the night before with free parking while we did this so then only had hand luggage to cart around.”

“Helpful staff. Easy parking process (keep keys with you and just pop in to reception to get your ticket validated on return). Room clean and quiet but air con wasn’t working and decor was a bit tired.”

“Car park post code was accurate, clearly signposted. Easy to park, good size spaces for a larger car. Well signposted to the terminal. 5 minute walk away.”

“Booked Renaissance Hotel, Feb, good food and accommodation for overnight stay. Hoppa bus transport to Terminal from outside hotel at 4.54am, requested and return, no problem Helpful staff all round.”

“Good value hotel and airport parking, all went smoothly except for long wait for shuttle bus when we arrived back at Luton airport. Service needs to be more frequent and maybe faster way to get on and off buses.”

“Barrier recognised car on arrival but unfortunately 6 days later on exit it didn't, so a bit of aggravation/ time to eventually exit. Technical fault that may not be “Holiday Extras” fault!!!”
