“Hotel was very nice silver zone parking staff need to write spaces properly as when I was told my car was in CC zone no car was in CL zone big difference between C and L so easy to solve that problem. An extra 1 hour was put on journey home not a happy bunny 🙃”

“Stansted airport parking had printed an incorrect letter on our entry ticket. We couldn’t exit the car park without paying a further £500 , we had already pre paid for parking!The help line wouldn’t answer the phone. We contacted holiday extras who eventually sorted it out. Not Holiday extras fault but next time I will check Stanstead have printed the ticket correctly.”

“Booked return private transfers from / to Los Angeles airport. Driver got in touch the day before to explain pickup. We arrived and messaged as required but had to wait an hour for the driver to arrive. This is not how I interpreted the ‘includes an hours wait’ from the advertising and really not ideal after 18 hours travelling! Return transfer was flawless.”

“Very Happy to have been able to park my car for two weeks at Heathrow knowing it would be safe. The added bonus of the Renaissance Hotel stay the night before we left was a Perfect start to our journey to the USA. On our return we could decompress before driving home with a quiet cup of coffee in the little cafe. Thank you”

“Easy to find (Leeds Bradford airport) and straightforward transfer to the airport. Reception staff looked a bit fed up and could have been friendlier, but the shuttle drivers were great, cheerful and helpful so made up for this, waiting for us on our return so no delay at all. The reception was in the process of being refurbished which it really needed so might be better when complete. However, thought the parking was expensive.”

“Although the price was good it was a nightmare finding a space it took twenty minutes and was only when we spotted someone leaving. We had to carry our cases down/up badly lit steps to/from the bus stop. Had we of known this we would have paid more for a more convenient parking space.”

“Overall experience was great, booking was simple and easy. Prices were similar everywhere I had looked however after seeing reviews I booked. Didn't like the idea of leaving my key's but car seemed to be looked after and safe on my arrival back.”

“Original booking was cancelled and rebooked by yourselves. However, you used completely different flight details than the ones provided. Easily rectified with a phone call. Also, left my Kindle in the taxi provided by Beniconnect and the driver went out of his way to ensure it was delivered to my hotel before I even realised it was missing. Can't fault the driver for that. Both taxis were clean and prompt and the drivers very professional. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.”
