When we arrived in Edinburgh, we did not appear to be held up but I was not allowed to leave the car park until I paid £16 to get out. The operator was not very helpful when I asked what the £16 was for, he said it was for being late and when I asked how late I was, he replied "less than 24 hours" I just paid and left - not impressed at all

The overnight stay at Hilton Gatwick was excellent but we will never use Cophill parking again. It was a shambles. Very tasty 'office' and very ubrupt staff. On our return we ran and were told the pickup bus was coming now. One hour and several phone calls later the bus arrived but the driver was arguing on the phone with the office and we were waiting another 15 minutes. We have used different companies in the past but we will never use this shambles again

Quickness and simplicity of vehicle drop off, transfer to nearby airport and on return quick transfer to Skyport and left in our vehicle with ease. Skyport operates a very secure process. Overall very good for price and customer service on this occasion. On a previously cancelled holiday in 2024, the refund under terms and conditions was completed quickly without any conflict. Will always use Skyport when flying from Glasgow.

I like Holiday Extras, used in the past and will use again. It was not a good experience on return to Bristol Airport. Flight delayed arrived about 2am. Long queue for overwhelmed bus for silver parking, nowhere to shelter from heavy rain. Very rude, unsympathetic woman at overwhelmed key collection desk. Seemed indignant that customers had actually arrived. Long walk to car in heavy rain. Poor exit signage in car park. Will NOT use again. I cannot recommend Bristol Airport Silver parking, was expensive, chaotic and not customer friendly.

Used the I Love Meet and Greet at Gatwick Airport and have to say I was so impressed!! Everything went really smoothly. You phone when you’re 10 minutes away from the airport and a member of staff was waiting for us on arrival at the drop off zone. He was so friendly and efficient and we were inside the terminal within 5 minutes from handing the car over. On our return we phoned after collecting our luggage and probably waited about 2 minutes max for our car by the time we arrived at the drop off zone again. I have no hesitation in recommending this service and will definitely be using anytime I fly from Gatwick. Well done I Love Meet & Greet, very professional service and friendly efficient staff.

My wife and I booked the Drop and Go parking and the Ibis Manchester Airport Hotel. The parking was easy with helpful staff.on arrival you are directed to park in a lane nose to tail there is a staff member directing you when to stop.you make a note of the lane number that you have parked in. Then you go to drop off your car keys.There are self service screens to do this but a very pleasantly and helpful female member of staff talked me through the process. You need your reg number and return flight number She took my car keys and off we went to the transfer bus, very easy. The Ibis hotel was fine for a one night stay before your flight and is a short walk to Terminal 2. On our return the transfer bus back to the car park was waiting at the bus stop on arrival at the car park you retrieve your keys by scanning your parking receipt and a box opens with your key inside. Don't press the screen to hard just press it gently to retrieve you key. My car was parked perfectly with its space and was unmarked.

Saved some money on parking, though exit didn't work as smoothly as usual. Mid stay is a good arrangement but I would prefer a cheaper option further away; however this is not available for a three day trip. Once you're into catching a bus, the whole concept of "Mid", "Long" stay or "Jetparks" is totally irrational. Price vs transfer convenience is the only consideration.
