It’s not as good as the service at Terminal 1. It’s 4 storeys up which you have to find your way too! You should just drive in on the ground floor and be greeted. Staff were very helpful but think for this service it’s needs to be more convenient than it is.

Ryan Air changed our booking Online tried to change booking..would not go through on line Fortunately on line chat gave us a direct line to car parking….where we resolved issue. 5* to HE agent…3* to website

What a fantastic service! Courteous & friendly staff. Bus waiting for us when we arrived to take us to the airport & again a bus was waiting for us at the airport on our return. A quick, easy & effortless service which I would highly recommend.

Checking in was easy and quick. This is the third time we used Purple Parking, and usually it is busy but efficient, this time, was quiet, so quick. Friendly staff, transfers buses are regular and not too far from the terminals.

Nice room at Hilton south terminal made everything very easy, quick shuttle over to north terminal in the morning. They could put some biscuits with the tea and coffee and bigger bed would be nice as was a bit small as room was pricey but other than that recommend the service provider

Everything was booked and confirmed that I'd be picked up from the airport to the hotel and then taken back to airport. When arrived at airport found it easily and it took me there, no problems. However for the return no coach arrived, nothing! Was definitely right spot as message had said. Rang the helpline and they said its on its way but late, waited, nothing, so rang back and they said they couldn't help, and hung up! Tried calling again and no one ever picked up! I waited 40mins, and nothing turned up! Ended up getting taxi, completely wasted my time and money!!

Booked smart park at Liverpool airport through the holiday extras app. It was so easy to do and the confirmation with instructions were excellent. Found the car park quick and easy.

Booked Meet and Greet Parking at Heathrow Terminal 5. On my return, I was due to pick up my car at 01:30, but they called me to say they were short staffed and didn't have anyone to bring the car to Terminal 5. Instead, they gave me a postcode to where my car was parked which was a 12-minute drive from Terminal 5. I'm a woman and I had to travel by taxi to where my car was parked at 1 am !!! Not only was I scared, but it's not the service I paid for!

Purple Parking 10 out of 10. No issue. Very helpful and friendly Premier Inn however 2 stars. 4 out of 10. Hallways no heating and cold. Carpet in our room had not been hoovered and bitty. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly we did tell reception who offered to clean it. Restaurant limited menu due to stock issues so couldn’t have what I really wanted.

The booking process was fine. However i couldnt exit the car park it demanded money from me. Eventually i got hold of someone on the phone who accepted my booking ref. He told me I should have a token.
