“Easy access,good price. Unfortunately for the second time at Silver Zone my car wasn't parked where they said. Luckily it wasn't far away, but how can't they put the right number to the parking space?!!!”

“Holiday Extras itself is an excellent company. . The app is very good, the service clear and the prices good. On this occasion I could not give 5 stars because the actual car we hired at Budget in Durban was awful.”

“Convenient but ANR was rubbish, tried to exit but barrier would not raise, tried to contact for help but no reply, waited and waited eventually reversed back to try another exit, ended up damaging my car on a post, just what I needed on a return from holiday. Eventually exited on another exit.”

“Customer service was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The winter special price is less than parking for 6 hours on the streets where I live, and at least here the car gets looked after. The buses between airport and car park after very regular, so no long waits. And, after a long day of travelling a friendly smiling face with a pleasant attitude is just what you need. Well done everyone.”

“This valet parking does not have It's own area where customers can wait and shelter from the rain. Luckily the NCP valet parking has, so one can shdltercthere, if there's room. The signage from recreational to the parking needs review. The whole set up needs to be made customer friendly.”

“APH Gatwick parking, easy to find and arrivals process very efficient with plenty of staff, expected our arrival and a shuttle bus took us immediately to our departure terminal, the driver helped with luggage and completed an excellent outward transit. Returns process was equally very efficient, shuttle bus was indeed less than 15 mins and our car keys awaited on drop off at the parking. Again the driver was very helpful, both bus journeys were on clean and clearly well maintained buses. Compared to Heathrow and the now expensive Hoppa services with ancient buses, none speaking / no assistance drivers and waits of an hour for shuttle buses - APH have them totally beaten on every aspect. A very impressive, professional service .. will not hesitate to use again.”
