“For the price and customer service experience, Meet & Greet is pretty rubbish. Basic instructions aren’t clear and what’s described doesn’t happen or simply doesn’t exist. You’re left driving around looking for Holiday Extras signs that aren’t there, eventually you find a random guy who’s constantly on his phone behind a temporary desk with others doing the same, he’s not that friendly and doesn’t listen to you. Coming back was better. Overall not really worth the cost. I wrote and told Holiday Extras all this and of course got a reply saying nothing to do with them and my own fault if anything had happened. Nice huh?”

“Charged extra £15 per day…. Nowhere on holiday extras booking did it mention no commercial vehicles ( it does now!!! ) purple parking policy change!!!”

“Easy to book and locate, staff are friendly. On return we had to wait 15 mins for our car to turn up at the car park , there are a few seats to seat on, if needed. Overall a good service.”

“Comfy seats and delicious porridge and bacon roll washed down with coffee,fresh orange juice and a nice few pints of lager excellent staff who are always polite and busy cleaning and replenishing food stocks and it has a excellent view of the airport runway. We always use the lounge and are never disappointed with our visits.”

“I have booked my hoilday parking through Holiday Extras before using Heathrow and Gatwick airports. Both Purple Parking and MBW Meet & Greet. I receive their emails which offer discounts this makes their prices for parking and others services worth while. Staff have always been helpful at both parking services.”

“Our car was taken and returned okay. This part was good. However at Birmingham Airport the drop off is such a long way from the terminal. Okay if you are young and healthy! Also the trolleys we tried to obtain by payment would not release and we had to go through to the airport to enable us to get them. Surely they should be available closer to drop off. Then a 7 - 10 minute walk with all the cases, in the dark which with all the building alterations and lack of signposting it was rather daunting.”

“Customer service was good. Food & drinks were so expensive £18 for a burger & chips, drinks were expensive too. £10 for a can of wine. Dont know how they can justify those prices. Parking was a bonus”
