“Everything went smoothly. We were delayed 10hrs then redirected to East Midlands due to Storm Isha. A coach was supplied to transfere us back to LBA. The shuttle came as we pulled up. Excellent service. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely will use again.”

“It is all so easy to book the service that you require. On this occasion, i booked the Gatwick South No 1 lounge, we arrived 30 minutes early & were allowed in with no issue, the food was excellent & the drinks were readily available on each visit to the bar, seating was also not an issue. I will definitely book this lounge again.”

“Whilst the drop off was very efficient and well organised, the other end of the trip was not. Rang as requested after clearing customs and was told to wait at the same point as the drop off. 20 minutes standing in the cold and rain, after a second call to ask what was happening, told he should be there in a few seconds. Turned up about 5 minutes later and parked well away from the point we were standing. Then couldn't scan the QR code so had to wait even longer. Not exactly meet and greet by my standards.”

“Club Aspire Terminal 3 Staff were pleasant and helpful when available. However, the quality and availability of food was very disappointing. This has been my least favourite airport Lounge at any of the London airports but still better than being in the general waiting area.”

“Booked our car into skypark no issues very well organised car park where you park your car and keep the key , bus was waiting to take us to the airport and when returning the bus was waiting to take us to pickup our car the young driver was very helpful and friendly”
