“Arrived at jet parks ringway as scheduled, drove around car park for 10-12 mins trying to find a space, only few spaces remaining were underwater. Some cars were parked on verges where no parking signs were visible, if they had actually parked in allocated places there would not have been a space for us. On return waited approx 15mins at T1 for bus which was full so had to wait another 20+ mins for next bus which we got on but filled up quick and left others waiting at the bus stop for next bus. Would not recommend using this parking again.”

“We were not sure about holiday extra parking as we never heard of anyone doing this we arrived in southampton 7/10 husband dropped me with the luggage he made his way to the red flags (we though they be a lot bigger) the transfer of the car was swift when we returned there was very pleasant chap there very helpful Definately use this service again”

“Our transfers going out was perfect very quick and efficient. However going back to airport they picked us up on time maybe a little early we thought 7am for a 11am flight . It was a full coach and the driver was like sterling moss not waiting for people to be seated before he took off probably had a very tight schedule to keep ! Arrived at airport with lots of time to spare.”

“My car was parked in the long stay car park at Leeds bradford airport for a further 18hrs than I had booked, due to exceptional circumstances that had happened at the airport, meaning my original flight was cancelled and I wouldn't be returning until the following day. When the time arrived for me to exit the airport car park and I couldn't, I pushed the telephone button and was put through and got speaking to a very helpful and understanding attendent. I never had to explain in detail why I was late, I was never questioned about paying extra costs that would have occurred for my cars overstay. I was let out straight away. It's one thing about worrying about catching another flight to get home and the costs implicated around, never mind extra charges elsewhere, but I was surprised, then grateful and relieved that the holiday extras served their purpose. Thankyou!”

“We found the whole experience most satisfactory with prompt drop off and pick up from Gatwick. The staff we very friendly which added to our experience and we will definitely use Copfiield parking again”

“Very pleased with the convenience and service of the Drop and Go carpark at Manchester. Price was also very good. Very smooth process of booking in and collecting vehicle at the end of the stay. Staff were all helpful and on hand if we needed assistance. We could walk to T3 which took approx 7 mins and was convenient but have also used the bus to T2 on a previous visit and this was also easy and didn’t take long. The only small issue is the exit isn’t signposted clearly when leaving the car park so several cars were driving round and round in the one way system looking to get out!! All in all very pleased and have booked again for several other trips in the future.”

“Multistorey is not short walk from terminal. After driving round all the floors eventually ended on the top floor in the rain. Then had a long walk across gravel up two sets of step stairs across busy roads getting very wet. The return journey was the same in reverse. Paid premium price for a disappointing experience.”

“It was the collection that went very wrong. We were changed to meet and greet because short run has closed down. There were large queues of people I.e. 29 families or couples waiting to collect but no people from the company in the car park because they had gone to try and collect cars. My car was in fact there, but there was no one with the key. When the first employee came back with a car, he did not have the keys, so we had to wait for another man who had the key. We waited 30 mins just to get the key having already given the 30 mins notice of collecting our car. We allowed extra time due to the Luton fire traffic issues. I felt so sorry for other people, it was after midnight, it was cold and windy, there was an elderly man in a wheelchair and lots of children. It was woeful. A refund or credit would be most appropriate for the poor service.”
