“Firstly I did booked three vehicle 🚗 for the meet and greet then had to cancel one. It was very easy to do and I received almost all of my money apart from £10. When I arrived on the day to deliver my car to meet and greet I used the post code into my sat nav, which took us straight to the terminal not directly to the parking area which is a bit disappointed.”

“Filthy, the lounge was really filthy and I went in there at midday, so it was not as if it was late in the day. Sockets didn't work or were even hanging out, I gave up looking for one after 4 attempts. People were sleeping all over the seats, so 1 person took up 3 seats so very limited number available. Food offering was appalling, no light snacks, just curry and soup. Would definately not use this lounge again.”

“Jet parks 1 and 2 close down for the winter so why send out a confirmation email with their postcode and directions??? On arrival i used the help button and was directed to short stay 3, terrible signage for directions. We should have been given the correct details to start off with .”

“Happily use sky port at Glasgow Airport. They are very efficient, but would be better if the car park was better signed. Finding your way out in the dark isn’t easy !”

“I love meet and greet and used it many times but I do have a problem this time as when I put my suit case in the boot it wouldn’t go in and somebody had move the back seats to there normal position indicating that somebody had been in the back seats and also the passenger seat had been moved, surely only one person should only drive my car, there and back.This seems that people namely meet and greet have been using my car but unfortunately I didn’t note my mileage. I’m sure that you will investigate this to see how many times my car left the parking area or whether it ever went in.”

“VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRICE. GOOD COMMUNICATION. EASY TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. DROPPED OFF ON TIME AND PICKED UP ON TIME. I WILL USE THE SERVICE AGAIN IF I AM UNLUCKY TO REQUIRE HEATHROW SERVICES IN THE FUTURE.”

“I think you are misunderstanding the meaning of “meet and greet.” Firstly, when arriving at the airport we had to drive up to the top floor of the T2 multi-storey car park. Then we had to go back down and into the terminal to drop the keys off. On return we had to use an automated drop box system to retrieve car keys. We then spent 15 minutes wandering round the car park looking for the car because we were given such poor instructions on where it was parked. This is NOT a meet and greet service and should not be advertised as such. It would have been far easier and simpler to park in the multi-storey car park. At least that way we would know where the car was parked on our return. I will not be using this service again.”

“Easy to book, easy to use - make sure your number plate is recognised as you pull up and the barrier will open. (The first time we used the car park we were too quick and then took a ticket = wrong read the instructions! The man on the end of the help button was very helpful and let us out) Great position just over the zebra crossing and you're there. My choice of parking at Birmingham.”

“The Car Parking was so easy to find and so quick at getting us to the airport, however on return journey (As it was early hours of the morning) and we were tired to be fair the transport got to the airport to pick us up in a good time, but we waited for others to get onto the bus which took over 35 mins waiting time (and it states in the brochures that you have to wait no more than 20 mins) we got back to the car within 40-45 mins however the bottom line is that when you arrive back all you want to do is get your car and drive home (we did have a 4.5 journey home so felt it was a little long to wait for other flights to come in.”

“Everything went smoothly. We were delayed 10hrs then redirected to East Midlands due to Storm Isha. A coach was supplied to transfere us back to LBA. The shuttle came as we pulled up. Excellent service. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely will use again.”
