“Flowers were not good,home bargains after seeing photos said they would replace them,3 week and loads of emails later I am still waiting,disgusting service will not use them again.Their customer service starts off good advisor seemed helpful but down hill from then on.I am still waiting for replies to any of my emails all this has done has left me upset and frustrated”
“Ordered flowers for my friends birthday. I ordered he medium roses and lily bouquet. They arrived on time and looked really nice from the picture she sent see attached photo. Only 4 stars as the bouquet didnt have any gypsophillia in it yet the description on website states that it would contain gypsophillia.”

“I ordered these flowers for a relative's WeddingAnniversary.
They arrived on time but many of the flowers were dead and had to be thrown away I have contacted Home Bargains, been given a reference number but heard nothing. The delivery was 8th Feb.
Very disappointing as I had used them before and the recepients were satisfied then.
Very poor customer service, would not use them again.”

“Was a bit worried after seeing the reviews and not receiving a email confirmation so sent messages to homebargains flowers donāt bother they donāt get back and no phone numbers. Just make sure you get reference num when payed. And any problems you ring prestige flowers thatās who does them for HB tel 3443105555 flowers were beautiful. Was told that 10% have a bad experience and bad experience leave the reviews.”
“I ordered these flowers for my 93 year old mother. They were delivered to her care home on the correct day(8th Jan 21) which is the only positive there is about them. They were in a very poor state and several were dead and dying within hours. They lasted a total of 3 days after that. I immediately completed a feedback form to customer services to which I had no reply. I have completed a further two feedback forms and still I have been ignored. Not any communication at all. Rubbish flowers from a rubbish supplier with regard to customer service. DO NOT BUY THEM.”

“A bargain is one thing- dead flowers arriving another entirely. I will never use this company again for anything! I sent flowers to a client. Sadly, the person phoned to say she thought I should know that as she took the flowers out of their packaging, all of the petals fell off. Worse, I have not been able to get any form of response from Customer Services. I have sent four e-mails since 22/7, and not even an acknowledgement: shockingly bad product, and non-existant customer services. Avoid this company at all costs.”

“A bouquet of roses arrived obviously short of feeding and water and within a day the petals had turned black with the stems wilting.On submitting a photograph the company did not see anything wrong with the flowers (relying only on the photo) and when I requested a refund
they would not agree stating as they could not be returned only a replacement was possible.
I reluctantly agreed but consider if items are not in a fit state a refund should be possible.”
