"Terrible flowers and even worse customer service!! Ordered a bunch as a birthday gift. They lasted one day the petals were brown on the edges and they was all limp. The lillies had died and dried up already. Contacted customer service they offered me a replacement which I refused. I asked 5 times for a refund. They tried to give me store credit which is horrendous as I\u2019d never use this company again. Finally got a refund after sending about 8 emails of complaints! Save your time and money! Very disappointing service. They definitely sell end of date flowers I can see from the terrible reviews I\u2019m not the only one this has happened too! AVOID AVOID AVOID"

"Ordered flowers for a friends birthday to be delivered 21.3.24. They did not arrive. Contacted customer services, waited 20 minutes for an answer, agent was curt and unfriendly.Did not seem to believe the flowers had not been delivered. Eventually agreed to resend the flowers on 2.4.24. The flowers did arrive this time but were nothing like the picture on the website and definitely not worth the money paid. I have emailed customer services and the CEO and am waiting on a response from both. \r\nI would not recommend ordering flowers from this company. Supermarket flowers are much better quality."
