“Great Service from this team, very helpful in giving advice on best Pool Dining Room table to me mine and the wife's needs, very helpful in agreeing to hold the finished table for me while my house is being built, will be back to shop here again for sure as they have a great selection of cool products”

“I purchased a stand-up arcade machine from Home Leisure Direct just before Xmas. I'm not local but I got great advice and assistance from Neil before choosing which machine to buy. I was hoping to have the machine arrive before Xmas (as a present) and, despite being a very busy time for them, they were able to deliver the machine quickly to us in good time for Xmas. The arcade machine exceeded my expectations, my family love it, and I really appreciate the service we received from you guys. Highly recommended.”

“Dear Home Leisure, I just wanted to write and thank your delivery team yesterday for a fantastic job. Mitch and Pete were brilliant at installing our pool table despite having worked a very long day before getting to us. Nothing was too much trouble and they did a fantastic job. We were just sorry they were going to miss the company Christmas party as they still had more deliveries after us. Great job and we are very grateful we could be fitted into their extremely busy last working day before Christmas. Best wishes”

“Good facility to try out my cue and sales left me to try out the various cues on offer. Good selection. Was slightly harder in the salesroom once I wanted to pay. But that was fine and salesman was helpful.”

“Wanted a medium priced pool (as I have 2 young children who would wreck a good one) table for new games room. Contacted Homeleisuredirect online and they gave me a number of suggestions and helpful hints. Ordered and it arrived bang on the number of weeks stated. The delivery team were the best of ANY company I have ever used. The set everything up and even gave me a few pointers to care for it. Would fully recommend them.”

“Terrible customer service, endless empty promises avoid. Purchased a mame arcade machine, took 1 month to deleiver, however when delivered was missing the keys so could not access the machine. Spent the next two months calling to get the correct keys sent, very pleasent on the phone with empty promises but nothing ever done. Had to call multiple times to get some keys, keys arrived where incorrect. Called was told sending a replacement lock, waited two weeks no lock, called back lock hadn't been sent. Claim sending another lock but im expected to find and pay for a lock smith to change it. When I purchased the machine in no description both on line and in the store did it state it was not possible to access the machine. I was looking to purchase a pool dinning table in the future but would go some where else.”
