“If you have questions, don’t try calling. They don’t answer. For custom name, it says 16 characters but would only accept 14. Communication after ordering was non existent. Did finally get an email that order shipped. The expedited fee didn’t cover getting the product, was just getting it ready to ship. Took longer than expected to receive after paying extra to get it faster. Once received, it was a nice set and my friend is enjoying it. Happy to support an Oklahoma business!”

I am sorry to hear about your experience.
Our preview tool is what doesn't always show exactly what you enter. I have checked that design and it does allow the full 16 characters to be input and what is input into the tool is what will be engraved on the product.
I am however having trouble finding a voicemail from you or email message into our customer service portal?

We started your order on the 8th and had it shipped out on the 10th.
You purchased 3 day shipping and received your order on the 13th.
