“It took several attempts to place my order. There were so many error messages, I almost gave up but decided to give it a 7th try and it finally worked.”
“Took me many different tries over the course of 3 weeks to finally get this order to work. I kept getting told the transaction failed, yet I was using a variety of different cards and payment types. If it weren't for the look and quality of the product, I would have shopped elsewhere.”

“Disappointed to write this, but also grateful for solid customer service. I ordered 8 customized wine decanters with deluxe boxes. What I received were 5 of 8 clearly chipped decanters, so-so etching and really crappy, cheap cardboard boxes with a bit of bubble wrap inside. Not sure how the chips occurred based on how well the packaging was. It had to have occurred during production or while putting the order in the package. Either way, poor workmanship. However, after reporting the issue along with photos, HWB refunded my money in full. I will toss these since they are unsafe to use. But it is so disappointing.”
