“Product looks ok. The billing section of your website is not very user friendly. Had to type in same information multiple to,es and it doesn’t allow for auto-population of some data on billing info.”
“We were excited to order a monogrammed decanter and glasses. The monogramming was all off center and box not alligned straight. Jeffrey was very helpful over the phone and said he would reorder immediately. He did not mention there was an approval period before reordering. The second order the monogramming was centered well, however, the box was damaged on the corners. Thankfully we can use first box to switch glassware into to then make bday deadline. Both orders there were dust fingerprints all over the boxes. Wish we could order other gifts here but not a great experience.”
