“Very pleased with how everything was handled, especially when I did not have a lot of knowledge about the product or fitting! James was excellent at explaining it all to me and talking me through my choices. I am delighted with my new doors and have had a lot of positive feedback from all who have seen them. The two fitters were friendly, polite and helpful, also very clean and tidy, with no mess left behind at all. They made sure I knew how to use the new lock before leaving. It also took less time than anticipated. Your company was recommended to me by a neighbour for whom you had done some work last year and now both he and another neighbour have shown interest in you products.”

“Friendly staff from start to finish. Very informative and willing to help - could improve communication a little and a little disappointed with the lack of ability/communication between the surveyor and the office. Apart from the issues we had with the surveyor, overall we were impressed with the service provided.”

“Excellent start to finish. Scott great at sales. Site survey team did well also. Lee and colleague did the installation excellently on a very rainy day. Much appreciated and very impressed with them in particular. One note: on day of installation it said they'd come at 8am. They didn't arrive till 10am but should have called to say they were running late... Didn't matter eventually and Lee and pal were so nice to deal with that we quickly forgot. Have already recommended to one friend.”

“I have used your company on two occasions. I have expirienced great customer service and the instalations were faultless. However the products supplied were not up to srcatch. First time, windows in the front doors were not sealed by the munufacturer and this time inside beading of the window does not align.”
