We are both very pleased with the quality and feel of the bi-fold doors. The building and installation team were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and very tidy. Given they had to cut out a wall section, they took every step possible to keep the dust levels down and left the site clean and tidy. Having looked at other bi-fold doors, we are so pleased we opted for these as they have a real solid feel and look superb.

Product good but serious lack of communication from specific staff (Josh)with post installation issues, despite numerous attempts via telephone and email to make contact. A real shame because sales staff (Scott) very helpful and professional at all times and Julie (customer services) made significant efforts to keep me informed of progress after I explained the frustrations I was having. I would recommend the product to friends but there would be caveats in recommending purchase and installation through the Ascot outlet.

Friendly professional staff and high quality workmanship. We are delighted with the outcome which met our expectations. As we were replacing sliding patio doors we would like to have had larger samples to bring home to help decide on the colour.

excellent everyone was polite,friendly and efficient.one of the best companys i,ve ever dealt with.there was no heavy pressure to buy and the fitters cleaned up very well afterwards.

Very Good. I saw your ad in a local paper phoned your Ascot branch on the saturday, they were just closing. The man on the phone was very pleasant and told me the opening times. I called in at your showroom on the following tuesday, once again the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I had had a cheaper quote over the internet from a company that was some distance away but because of the attention I had been shown up to now I felt happier dealing with a company closer to home.. Your quote was higher but we negotiated and agreed a price somewhere in the middle. A date and time was set for a site survey and an installation, both went off really well. Dave Batchelor did the survey he was very helpful, explained everything in easy detail, made me feel very at ease. The installation was done by Lee Macey very pleasant man got on with the job, was a very conscientious and tidy worker. Both my wife and I are very pleased with the finished job and we are glad that we went for service not the cheaper quote.

We are thrilled with our windows and doors, Chris who helped us with the quotation was fantastic - we cannot praise him enough as he always responded with answers to any queries incredibly quickly. Unfortunately with the few little issues we had afterwards, eg. front door not unlocking properly, beading damage on one window and patio door trim not fitted, the after sales service was not up to standard - the lady we dealt with never returned calls or if she did, it was days late, then she booked callouts for the incorrect days so we took time off work and noone turned up! This was a real let down and such a shame as Chris presented such a professional image of the company. Finally, we had our windows fitted back at the end of April/ early May, and we still have not received our Fensa Certificate.

The best aspect for me was the ease of doing business with you and getting a quote via e-mail without going through the notorious double glazing sales pitch at your home experience. The price quoted seemed competitive so I accepted and the delivery timescales were short too, so all good so far. During fitting, a surveying error was also corrected without quibble, so again good. What let it down was one or two too many scratches dents etc on the window frames and some rushing by the fitters at the end. I don't know if it's the factory or the fitters, but you expect something that's new to be perfect and not have scrathes and dents. The cementing round the back door is already crumbling away and we've also noticed they forgot to seal underneath the front door step - we can still see the foam. The factory also delivered one of the windows with only the horizontal leading for the leaded lights and then "dropped" the replacement, so overall I don't get a good feeling about their quality control and general care of the products. And because the fitters had to have extra visits, they seemed to be under progressive time pressure to move on to their next job rather than want to make sure you were happy with the current job. So what started out very positively was slightly spoilt by the little things towards the end. I have photos but can't attached to this feedback. On the product itself, I also don't find the "natural weathering" look of the leaded lights a good thing.

I found the office staff were all very friendly and helpful, as if they cared about the quality of their service. Mr Robert Slocinski who installed the window was professional, capable and extremely efficient - and I have to say the job is very very good indeed, every aspect finished off beautifully and neatly. I will certainly be recommending you, and have in fact already done so to my neighbour.

Very efficient quoting and order processing, installers 100% - arrived bang on time, didn't stop working until job completed, cleaned up after themselves.
