Terry was great communicator, fast but gap under french windows ie. zero cement did surprise me ;-( How can you fit a window and expect it to be draft free with a gaping hole !!! Called today 3rd Jan and promised a call back as Terry in the office and nothing. Chris 07831885781

You seem to be very helpful & we had no significant problems in dealing with you from the first tentative enquiry through to the fitting of our bi-fold doors. I believe that you only truly find out about a company if there are problems, & how they respond defines just how good they are. Hopefully we will not need to test that, but if we do I am confident that you will step up to the mark, judging by our experience so far.

INITIAL SALES WAS EXCELLENT. FITTING WAS ABYSMAL, AND COMMUNICATION WAS NON EXISTENT AND ONLY WHEN WE PHONED WERE WE TOLD ANYTHING. WE WERE PROMISED FITTING TIMES THAT WERE NOT DELIVERED, AND ONE DOOR WAS THE WRONG SIZE, MAKING A TWO WEEK DELAY. AFTER FENSA INSPECTION SOME WINDOWS THAT SHOULD BE TOUGHENED WERE NOT, SO MUST BE CHANGED (AND NO ONE HAS YET SPOKEN TO US ABOUT THIS. OVERALL PERFORMANCE IS 1 OUT OF 10

The show room and the initial sales process were good. No pressure applied. Good information given. BiFold doors and PVC windows demonstrated and explained clearly with regards to options. Installation was split over 3 phases. Installers were professional, tidy and did a good job as there was some complex framing required. However there were mistakes with the order - glass without Georgian bars & frosted glass when it should have been clear. The after sales service was very poor. Staff were never available. Messages were left to be called back but these never happened. My wife & I had to do all the calling and chasing to get dates for the faults to be rectified. It took several attempts to sort out the frosted glass with weeks between appointments. As another example of poor service, I have still not received the FENSA certificates for either the BiFold doors or the PVC windows, even though the work was done 3 months ago! Overall we're pleased with the initial service (sales) & products installed, but really disappointed with the after sales service. I don't believe it's the people themselves, they just seem to be doing multiple jobs each and so no-one is focused on dealing with issues in a timely manner. This really lets the company down and is the reason I would not feel comfortable recommending the company even through the products are good.

Overall permformance was very good - product - composite door was a bespoke special - orange in colour.

Very good. Pleasant to deal with and not pushy which is appreciated, Office/showroom staff, surveyor and installation team are all well regarded by myself and my wife. Customer care on a small problem is being resolved and thus far very saisfied

Very good. We have always been treated really well when we have called at the showrooms and the fitters have been first class, very helpful and friendly and, above all, they do a great job. When some of our our windows, which were fitted approx 12 months ago, needed some fine tuning, Terry Cann was brilliant at sorting it all out! The only slightly negative comment is that a couple of the people in the office are very slow at returning calls - surely you could have a system whereby if a phoneback is more than, say, 4 hours old someone just phones to say that the individual is still busy but will contact you ...............

I have marked your staff down as it was obviously a change over with reception staff and no one got back to me so I was a little annoyed.When I chased it up everyone else was very helpful and the fitter was clean and tidy and polite and on time

Having moved my business to you initially I am now looking for a new supplier. The first job undertaken was not finished to the customers satisfaction and a subsequent order for a new window was not followed up. The bi-fold doors that were fitted are not alighned properly and daylight can be seen through them. The second job was initally measured incorrectly and the install date had to be moved. It was then moved 2 more times and even then there was a problem with one of the glass panels which had to be replaced. All this was reported to Scott and Tradewindows but to date nothing has been done. I am now considering contacting FENSA to see if they can do anything.
