“I purchased the mirrored side table as they happened to be selling it at the most suitable price in comparison to other retailers/online furniture companies. I absolutely love the way the side table looks in my completed room, there was no damage, packaged very securely and was in excellent condition! “The bedroom package I bought is absolutely stunning! It was delivered with in the stated timescale, the staff are very helpful. I was a little worried of how I would manage on my own putting the wardrobe and bed etc together but customer services offered their delivery men to do it for me (what a relief) I can't wait to redecorate the rest of the house I will most definitely be buying more items and recommending to family and friends.”

“The bed is beautiful, my daughter loves it. Easy to assemble, but might be an idea to include instructions as the fixtures are not the norm. Got delivered on time. Would definately order from here again. Thank you.”

“Company arranged part delivery for me so I can have most my items before Christmas, the remaining items will arrive early next month. I have just put the bedding on the bed and it looks fabulous, the dressing table set is so pretty and fits perfect which was an initial worry. The driver was very pleasant and assembled the items for me. If I had a negative it would be the time it came was 7pm, but he did call me and tell me he was on his way. Just hoping my other items arrive like promised, I was considering cancelling because of the planned after Christmas delivery, but the manager was very helpful and understanding and sorted it all out for me, a company that cares gets my money and good wishes. “Brought a lovely dresser table. Very happy with the product. Shame you cannot reschedule delivery date once booked and have to wait another two weeks for a reschedule apart from that great.”

We really appreciate all customer feedback, we will try and offer you a date of your choice but in some cases our deliveries are booked 2 weeks in advance and slots on our vehicles are full. “Hi, I purchased some nice garden accessories over the summer. I normally spend a lot of time in the garden so i was after some quality furnishings. I must say i have nothing but good things to say about this company, they dealt with my order fantastic, let me know exactly what was going on and where true to their word. “DO NOT USE COMPANY - FRAUD This company steal your card details and use them fraudulently - over 2k was taken from bank account following a furniture purchase. Over 1k taken from colleagues who also used this website. Additionally, furniture was very poor quality and had to constantly chase to get delivered - 2 months late.”

“PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Regretably I\'ve had to award this company 1 out of 5, as that\'s the lowest allowed. In reality, they deserve minus 10. I ordered a wall plaque over the phone on 13th May 2013 at Â£89.99. They took payment there and then and gave me a \"3-4 weeks delivery\" promise. 3 weeks passed, I called to check delivery and was told \"it\'ll be with you next week\". Called the following week to see if they could advise as to which day of the week it would be delivered as wife couldn\'t stay in all week, only to be hit with Bombshell Number 1 - \"it won\'t be with our suppliers until June\". From their suppliers it would still have to get to them, then on to us, meaning delivery would be mid-June at earliest. I told them they had misled me, and requested a refund. Bombshell Number 2 - refund \"could take up to 7-10 working days\", meaning up to 2-weeks in real money. So, they take Â£90 off you instantly, mislead (lie?) to you regards delivery, then tell you the item could take another 3 months, and top it all off by telling you you \"could\" have to wait 2 weeks to get your money back. Please do yourself a favour and avoid using this company at all costs.”
