“I ordered a bed adding up to the price of £600 with delivery. waited nearly 3mouths for bed to arive, as they kept changing my delivery date! when it did it had a peace of wood chipped of the head board and lots of cracks in the wood! the bolts are completely rushed! I have been offered a replacement bed but would have to wait the same amount of time (up to 3 mouths) for a new bed. ( in the mean while do I sleep on the mattress on the floor!?) they can not offer me money off off the bed just £40 gift voucher - witch I would not be using!! I can not believe we have spent this on a bed for it to turn up in such poor quality!!! Gutted”

“We ordered £3000 of bedroom furniture in December, it arrived 6 months later in June. This was due them firstly messing up our original delivery date and cancelling it when we asked them not to, then two weeks later our furniture was stolen from the van it was arriving on, (not at all their fault apparently. Try securing your van properly, not parking it in Croydon overnight? It's certainly not our fault). We were given mis-matched furniture on loan (we sold all of ours prior to delivery) until our final delivery of furniture in "early May". We had to chase and chase them on this. It arrived in June. Had we known it would be June we could have cancelled and bought elsewhere (which is exactly what we would have done). We were offered (only because we hassled them) a pathetic £70 in vouchers to use on their website as compensation, 2.5% of our order value!? In previous conversations before delivery compensation was discussed but they wouldn't agree anything and we were led to believe we would be offered more so as not to cancel our order. We never want to have to deal with this appalling company again. Please steer well clear - I really wish I had.”

“Be very careful - their standard delivery terms are to leave it downstairs, which since most of their goods are bedroom items, seems distinctly unhelpful. I have suggested that they revisit their policy which we only noticed when the goods were delivered. The deliverers reluctantly took and chest of drawers and dressing table upstairs as there was not room downstairs to leave them and my wife is recovering from hospital treatment. Richard”
