“My recent order from Hops Collective Canada was overall a decent experience, but I did face some delays. The delivery was a few days late, which wasn’t the fault of Hops Collective themselves, but the courier service they use. While the products were still in great condition and exactly as expected, I really hope they consider hiring more reliable couriers in the future to avoid delays. Customer service was helpful when I reached out about the delay, but it would have been nice if the delivery process had gone more smoothly. Overall, good products, but I think the delivery experience could use some improvement.”
