“Craig and Julie were brilliant, they managed to get just what I wanted to carry out one of my daughter's wishes on her bucket list. I am going to see the northern lights for her as she passed away in July. Thank you so much they made this possible, I would highly recommend the service at Shirebrook.”

“Victoria in the Montrose shop couldn’t have been more patient and helpful while we were booking our group holiday. Found us a holiday that is perfect for all our needs at a great price 😊 Will always use Horizon Direct Holidays from now on and recommend to all family and friends. All staff are so friendly and helpful ☺️”

“Quick and easy really, but we do not travel for 8 week so here is hoping all goes well, I expect to receive documentation closer to the date as we are travelling to Hurghada we have paid for a visa with Harris too, would it be cheeky to as for fast track check in and as I have seen it promoted on Fb for customers booking in September”

“We had a brilliant experience booking through Horizon Direct. Victoria made the whole process very easy. We gave Victoria a budget and asked her to come up with a few different holidays and she did, what a choice! When we finally decided on our holiday the booking process was so easy. What lovely staff, they’re a credit to your company. We will definitely book again and I’ve told friends and family about our experience. Got to spread the word when you get amazing customer service.”

“We have used Horizon direct holidays before and am a returning customer which is the best customers they can have, it means they are happy, and in this regard, i have no hesitation in saying the service from Harris travel / Horizon direct is second to none, all the staff are extremely helpful and get the job done, no matter how hard the request. Thanks folks, you are simply the best.”

“Staff were so friendly. Kirsty did an amazing job at beating the price we had found elsewhere and with the low deposit we jumped at the holiday found! Very happy with aftercare too, paperwork was quick to come through and very easy to follow and understand.”
