“I placed my first order. I made an error. I immediately contacted hot pods to correct my mistake. I tried to cancel the order within 60 seconds of placing it. They ignored my information for multiple days. They said they could not cancel the order because they did not receive the request in time. And the pods were being mailed out. They actually never mailed the pods out for two more days. So I feel frustrated that customer service was so poor. When I received the order the pods were dark brown not Amber like I was used to.”

“Great prices, great products and professional and friendly customer service if you need to call about any issue - which are far and few between. Able to get products here I cannot find retail and most of the other online folks won't ship to my zip code either. Oh, and quick shipping! They are here in the USA as well - a plus for me!”
