Placed an order for 2 pairs mens shoes. I received confirmation on the day. 5 days later l rang to enquire what was happening as l had arranged for a click & collect delivery only to be told they hadn't left the warehouse yet and would probably leave in a few days. I was extremely annoyed that I wasn't informed as other retailers would have done and would not have known if l had not contacted Customer Services directly. Absolutely appalling service and I cancelled my order immediately as I was not going to buy two pairs of shoes from a retailer who could not be courteous enough to advise me that there were delays with my order

Please do not waste your time ordering from this company. I placed an order on the 20th of September for shoes required for a holiday on the 30th September. Surprise suprise it's now the 15th of October and I'm still waiting. Would not normally have bothered so much however received my credit card statement and my account was debited on the 10th of October. No emails nothing. I order a lot online and this is the poorest customer service ever!!!!!!,

Ordered shoes on line to be delivered on 30th sept with a 5 working day delivery. Emailed customer service to complain after 1 week and told sorry, they were dispatched yesterday. I explained I had no email confirming. Shoes didn't arrive until 2 weeks later. Have ordered pair of boots to be delivered to shop within 1 week. Not holding my breath

boots ordered and paid for in store 10/9/15 still not delivered, its now 12/10/15. Calls to the store pointless all I get is they will be with you soon. Hotter customer service tell me they will pass this matter to a manager, I am not holding my breath.

I ordered a pair of shoes via the Internet on 10th September to click and collect at a nearby shopping centre. Despite speaking to customer services and emailing I still ( on 30th September) have not received them. I have been told they are experiencing high demand which is causing delays. Perhaps they need more staff. I like Hotter shoes but would hesitate to order another pair.

I received a Hotter catalogue with a 25% discount for he pair of shoes I wanted. I went to Cambridge for the day and visited the Hotter shop. I bought the shoes and the shop honoured the catalogue discount. The staff were very courteous and the shoes look very good quality. I'm not sure I would pay £72 for the shoes but the discounted price of £54 was very good.

I regret to inform you that the service at your outlet at Burleydam Garden Centre,Chester Road, Little Sutton was appalling. This was totally in contrast to our previous excellent experience of dealing with your Company. The assistant at Burleydam was extremely rude,sarcastic ,belligerent and very unhelpful. Her attitude towards us caused amazement to passers by and to us,we could not believe that someone could be so offensive. As a result we left without making any purchase.

My 82 year old mother in law bought Hotter sandals from Romford but found them unsafe to walk in. She went back to shop to ask to exchange them but couldn't find her receipt (she paid in cash). She was refused an exchange because the shop didn't register the purchase on their system! What does that mean? If the shop assistant didn't register the sale it isn't anyone else's fault is it! My mother in law now has a pair of sandals costing £59 that she can't wear. I think their policy is dreadful! I will be pursuing this matter further.

I would just like to say how pleased I was with the service I got when I went to the St Albans branch. I took a pair in that needed repairing. However they no longer do that style so he offered me a new pair or a full refund I managed to find a pair I liked. The manager & staff were very helpful. Thank you so much again.

I have two pair of Hotter Shoes, and I must say they are the best shoes I have ever worn! Well made, stylish, and (most of all) comfortable and durable. Well done, Hotter Shoes! (Perhaps only in Lancashire could such shoes be born). Many thanks!
