Still haven’t received my order was ordered over a week ago haven’t had updates of arrival dates

I ordered 2 pairs of Haviannas Flip Flop sized 11,12 UK Size. I got one pair 10-11 and one pair 11-12. I gave the smaller pair away as I couldn't be bothered to post back at my cost for House of Frasers mistake.

Very poor customer service. No phone number to get in touch but emails that takes ages for them to return your messages if they end up replying.

Miss leading item ....charged 4.99 postage...took over week to get to me and charged to return item ........HOUSE OF FRASER HAS GONE .....its a shame

I paid for next day delivery and was paid £9.99. I did not received items next day and was not reimbursed the difference between next day delivery & standard delivery. Very disappointing !

I was happy with the quick delivery service I received, but I thought that under the present restrictions that it was dreadful that a reputable company like the House of Fraser charged for returns. The dress I ordered was not suitable and I wanted to order more choices but having to pay for returns put me off ordering from them when I could get the same brand dress elsewhere with free returns.

Very disappointed as ordered coat on line in the sale and had to pay £4.99 delivery to find they had charged me full price. I emailed HOF and explained what had happened and to ask that the difference be refunded on my card (£60). They emailed back to say they couldnt do anything about it and if I wasnt happy to send it back. I now have to pay to return the wool coat and have to pay again to have another one sent which hopefully will be at the advertised sale price.

Awful , one wrong order, one damaged and I am expected to pay return postage when it was their fault ! Most unsatisfactory and well below usual standard

Purchased 2 bras online at cost of £59 plus £5 postage. Bra sizes not realistic far too small. Therefore posted back via Royal mail registered post as requested and cost me another £7.65. So feeling a bit out of pocket.

I ordered a size 14 Biba jacket and when it arrived it was the equivalent of a size 18. Huge. I had to send it back and then order a size smaller ( in retrospect I should have ordered 2 sizes smaller). I have paid it £15 postage now. When I contacted the complaints department Devonn was unsympathetic, dismissive and verging on rude. This has completely spoiled my relationship with H of F. I have been shopping for over 40 years with them.

I ordered some bras and had to pay to have the delivered. When they arrived they didn’t fit so had to pay to return them. Yes I received a refund but it didn’t cover the postage so I wasted £8 on postage and have nothing to show for it. I’ll be honest it’s put me off ordering from you again

I always found your delivery charges too much as most of the other shops normally is free, and then if item is not good , again you make your customers pay for the post ! Certainly it does not encourage people to order from you

Item arrived completely smashed because they sent a glass candle in a post bag with only a thin layer of bubble wrap around it. This has obviously been thrown around during delivery. Paid £4.99 for this. Not acceptable. Complained and received a refund for the item when I had asked for a replacement. Told the item was out of stock however it is still available on the website to purchase days later. Asked for a refund of the delivery charge. Told no. Complained further. Delivery charge refunded. Rubbish service. Avoid.

Although I really liked the items I received, and received the correct items, one item had a store security tag fitted, so not only was I disappointed having to pay delivery postage, I then had to take the item, package it up, and pay over £3 for return postage ti have the tag remived. No phone number. No returns lable. I’ve ordered much stuff from House of Frazer in the past, but this was without doubt my last order. I’m niw still waiting for an acknowledgement, my item, and hopfully a refund of the extra postage expenses! Bargepole! No won’t order again.

It was slow to be despatched and even slower with Hermes. I received an email today from Hermes asking me to collect my parcel. This was collect 4 days ago so is it poor management or a scam
