They make mistakes on your order and you are still expected to pay £5 delivery and £5 return Will never use again

Sadly I wish I had read these reviews before I bought my item, they also use Evri as a courier , forget phone numbers these companys do not use them , they would be ringing 24/7 they have delivered my item somewhere but no one knows where , you fill in forms send dozens of emails by end up wasting your time and the lesson cost me £150 pitiful company,

Worst customer service ever. No one to ring and speak to. 33 days after ordering my items half of them haven’t arrived and they are refusing refund. I am owed £150 and in contact every day asking for its refund. Every day they “escalate’ and never get back to me. Awful. Awful. Awful.

I bought an item on line for £150 but the item was not suitable so I returned it the store and was forced to accept a credit note even though I returned the item within the cooling off period in perfect condition with receipts. I was told by the shop assistant that I couldn’t have a refund and would have to accept a credit note as House of Fraser don’t give refunds. I was told there was no other option. They have there product back but have kept my money. I have been back to the store several times and have looked on line to buy something but haven’t managed to find anything I want. I feel totally ripped off, House of Fraser are cheats and thieves, I will never buy from them again.

Bad experience it’s a joke ordered item have e Mail saying in stock not heard a thing money taken from bank nothing you don’t care day light robbery claiming through bank for scam and trading standards

It's about Frazer Plus. Please avoid. Fraud company very dodge. I was missed my payment they defaulted my account when I contact them after many attempt they reassure me if I pay it won't go to default. I've paid the same day and request to clear my account. They said my account have already been defaulted. What are liars. Please avoid if you come it runs by strange fraud people

Received a broken item. I tried to find a telephone number for customer services but apparently no such thing exists. Automated help service is useless. Send email 2 days ago but have heard nothing. Looks like I’m going to have to return at my expense and hopefully receive a refund.

Oh how the mighty have fallen. Scammed by house of Fraser. Ordered an item almost two weeks ago and no delivery and still no refund after telling me my order had been cancelled. Have a feeling they’re going bankrupt soon and are stealing money for cash flow. Absolute scammers and a shadow of their former glory . Avoid avoid do not buy

If I could give no stars I would. Their delivery service is shockingly bad. I was emailed to say they tried to deliver on 2 occasions, I was in on both days, and the third time I tracked the parcel they said it had been delivered and they emailed me a photo of some random house. House of Fraser then said I needed to fill out a non delivery form and a dispute with dpd. I then received an email to say the delivery was compliant and the case was closed. The item cost me £120 and I haven't received it. This is the second time this has happened with an order from House of Fraser, I'll never order anything from then again. Stay away would be my advice!

The service from house of Fraser is appalling. I am still waiting for a refund for track bottoms which I sent back for the cost of £58. Only to be told that I sent back a worn white oversized shirt that wasn’t purchased from them. I have sent all the evidence of the purchase and returns form and return label. It seems that their staff are thieving the returned items and replacing them with their own worn clothes. There is no other answer! Where are the track bottoms that I sent back? They also had the cheek to post the worn shirt to me!! How dare they?

NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM HOUSE OF FRASER, THEY CHARGE FOR DELIVERY AND THEN ALSO CHARGE YOU IF YOU NEED TO RETURN ANY ITEMS, - THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTLEY SHOCKING!- YOU END UP IN ENDLESS AUTO GENERATED EMAIL TRAILS AND NOTHING IS EVER RESOLVED. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

Paid for jumper £43.99 which they said due to technical reasons they cannot deliver. So far have sent 11 emails and get fobbed off by different people . This company has gone from being highly respected to a shambles Beware of this company

Bought a bag online they sent the wrong bag there’s no customer service it keeps coming back undelivered, on- line chat does not work. went in store and there not interested, the policy changed last week. How convenient, how there still trading is beyond me will never use again and would advise anyone not to shop with house of Fraser

No item ever sent, tracking number is invalid and clearly a scam. All email, chat and Facebook DMs replied to by an AI bot with repeated answer they will 'get back to me'. Latest reply saying I cancelled the order, presumably so they can pretend I now need a refund (something they do not give!) Reported to Trading Standards and will reclaim my stolen money through by bank who seem familiar these scam artists.

Awful customer service, actually they don't have a customer service! Item not arrived, emails ignored .. basically theft. If I walked into their shop and took something I'm sure they would call the Police. However, they can take customers money and ignore you. Never again will I purchase anything from House of Fraser, Studio or Sports Direct as all the same company. They hide customers bad feedback too on here.
