One of the items was a Christmas gift and I received it in a very battered, damaged box. When I complained about the state of the box I was told that only the contents were guaranteed to be undamaged and not the packaging, but when it's a Christian Dior gift the packaging is part of why you buy an expensive item for a gift. The customer service was not good enough at all, no offer to rectify the situation, just told me to send it back if I wasn't happy with the box, all I have wanted was a replacement sent in the condition I would have had if I'd have bought it in store. Another item I received looked to have come from Sports Direct as opposed to House of Fraser, with sports direct price tags attached. Just not the company it once was and I for one will no longer be a customer. John Lewis will now be my department store of choice.

Ordered cp company jacket it had a slight clip in arm of jacket but could not send back as it’s a Christmas present but I’ve very disappointed as I paid a lot for the jacket

I placed an order of 4 items, the order was slow arriving and I only received 3 items. I was not advised my 4th item was not available and I contacted your customer services by email twice to ask of this 4th item was delayed but I have received NO response to either email so have assumed its not arriving and have had to purchase from another company. I wouldn't use you again. Very disappointing 😕

I'm very disappointed on this time around ordering online.i ordered 3 Xmas presents men boxers.on opening my package it was clear to see 1 item had been opened. 1 x3 of boxer shorts was missing .unfortunately I've taken ill so unable to go to store or to send back at this time.i finally did get a response to resolve it.so it's a case of 1 less pressant for me son.

The item I purchased is in good condition but they should consider using a different delivery courier as Hermes did not provide good service.

Ordered two items paid £7.99 next day delivery then got email one item was out of stock, but said was in stock on website I was unable to cancel or chance order and cannot call or get immediate response , I therefore had to order a replacement and had to pay another £7.99 should not be able to order out of stock items orbe able to amend orders in this instance

Extremely unimpressed. Ordered next day delivery for my work secret Santa and my gift was one day late. My secret Santa was left with no gift to open on present exchange day

having ordered 2 items as below 1 Campri Ski Glove Sn01 Black Medium Product Code: 405035/03/130 5.00 5.00 1 Polo 6pk Crew Sock Sn00 Black - Product Code: 413372/03/000 28.00 28.00 Sub Total 33.00 Delivery 4.99 the socks were out of stock (not apparent when ordering) i therefore ended up paying 4.99 delivery for a 5.00 purchase. i would obviously not have ordered this knowing that i would be paying as much for delivery as i did for my item. i complained and received a ridiculous stock answer,,,, no apology. i complained a 2nd time and got no response. i have had numerous orders from frasers and would have rated 5 stars until now. I dont know how frasers could police this situation but it is unacceptable

I ordered a couple of items online and whilst they were delivered promptly I was disappointed to learn one couldn’t return the items in store and house of Fraser wouldn’t cover the cost of the return of the items by post. To be honest I would definitely think twice before consider buying anything from HoF again

I ordered items for Christmas presents. Firstly, was disappointed delivery was as much as £9.95. (With no offer of free delivery after spending over a certain amount) Even more disappointed had to also pay for returns too. And also disappointed some of the boxes the presents came in, were damaged and cello taped up very badly.

My purchase was ordered before 6pm on a week day and should have came the following day but this was not the case it arrived on the second day which indeed spoiled the present😡

Disappointed that two items i bought for Christmas were in gift boxes described as womens wear on the site, when they arrived they were mens. I paid postage even though the order was over £100. Too costly to return the two items as customer pays return postage and the items were in metal gift boxes. The items I purchased were all loosely thrown in to a cardboard box with no protective packaging such as bubble wrap or polystyrene chips so unfortunately the presentation of the gifts I bought were a little shabby.
