I have not received my order I have emailed you and not heard anything back! Please can you speak to the couriers as it was left outside for everyone to see and when I got home from work it wasn’t there! Gareth Hirst please can you refund me or resend, thank you

Having to organise and pay for registered returns at the post office when no shops are open and there is no alternative method, has put me off any further online purchases.

Excellent product and swift delivery. However, disappointed to pay £120 plus delivery to see a tag on the product at a sale price of £85. Any chance of a refund?

Whilst what I ordered was a great high quality product the delivery was poor. I want to specify that by this I mean I paid for next day delivery and when I placed the order the system said I would receive it by the next day if I ordered within the next 2 hours. However this did not happen and the extra money paid (£7 or £8) for expedited delivery for the shoes was wasted. If I need anything in a hurry in future I will order off Amazon or M&S.

Poor service - ordering system doesn’t work well - you place an order and weeks later you get an email saying you have been refunded because you changed your mind when you never did and you’ve been waiting for your order all this time. They cannot meet the demand. Happened a couple of times. Disappointed

Unfortunately I had a bas experience I bought a polo shirt BUT the actual colour was NOT at all like that on the website photo annoyingly However they did refund my money very quickly

Having paid £5 delivery charge and then £6 to return this is not acceptable as I have spent £11 for nothing other retailers have a return service when bearing in mind we cannot come to shops at the moment to try on I will not be shopping on line here again.

The shirt arrived in a black plastic bag. Stuffed by courier behind door flower pot. On opening bag the shirt out bad was sliced front and back. The shirt was crumpled and had a dirty feel to it. Information on returns is vague and misleading It offers web chat support which isn’t there. Overall the feeling is House of Fraser have lost their way. Until it changes I won’t be buying again from the.

Ordered and accepted, took 7 days and two deliveries to get it and half items out of stock, very poor service... and the usually Covid to blame excuse,

Lacoste sweatshirt sent back twice , one had a big rip in the collar , other had security tag still on it with 2 small holes next to it . Ridiculous there is no quality control at all ..

I ordered a blouse which was described as 100% cotton, but when I received the blouse it was 100% viscose. I wouldn't have ordered it if I'd known that in advance. Please ensure your descriptions are accurate.

The ordering and speed of despatch was fine but I've given this rating for the returns service and having to pay postage to return an item that was too small. Difficult to gauge on the sizing guide and reviews which were a bit mixed. The exchanged item size fits ok but given the item was originally on offer, I paid £4.99 to ship it to me and £11.00 to make sure the return got back to HoF - there weren't many options at the post office and I didn't want to have it untracked just in case. Even on offer, the item wasn't cheap, but am now mindful for future orders on line how much it may actually cost in total.

I will not order any more goods from HOUSE OF FRASER due to the cost of postage. I do not mind paying to receive the the goods but if as in my case the goods had to be returned I lost a lot of money.

I bought a watch and paid next day delivery as it was for my sister’s birthday. The watch came next day but wasn’t what I ordered, there is no phone number for customer services so I had to email about the error. I requested a replacement ASAP to still arrive in time for the occasion. I waited 3 days for a reply and when it came, the email asked only for me to send pictures of the watch so the error could be investigated, there was no apology or mention of a replacement although I specifically said this was a present that week. I wasn’t impressed with the service and now also have to pay a return postage for the return which is also unusual
