I will continue to post on every blog known to man that HP has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Case Number 5125945733 - has been Created CRM:0090161005948 I used the instant ink for a year or so, then got very sick and had to stop all work. I called HP to pause my service, they did it for a few months, then turned me back on with NO KNOWLEDGE OF MINE. I must have paid months of ZERO VALUE monthly printing. Now I want to REALLY PRINT something and they want to charge me MONTHS OF NO USE in order to turn my printer on. I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH EVERYONE THERE FOR HOURS AND ALL THEY DO IS READ DIFFERENT WAYS TO NOT HELP ME. I will continue to post on every page possible until someone actually calls me back. I will send hundreds of emails and posts because it is SIMPLY NOT RIGHT TO HOLD CUSTOMERS HOSTAGE and that is what HP is all about.

We were talked in to having a monthly subscription but it’s not worth it - cost us way too much money and had to dispose of perfectly good ink cartridges at the end of the subscription even though they were full!!! Crazy situation.

Funny that you have to at least give them a 1 star on a review. Believe me, they don't even deserve that! NEVER, EVER buy an HP product! Bought an HP All-In-One PC for my grandson to use for homeschooling. I shut it down one evening and it just wouldn't turn on the next morning after only two and a half months. Customer service is pathetic. They aren't interested in helping you or in honoring their warranty. The only thing they want is to get out of it. I spent over two hours combined on the phone with "Support" while they walked me through trying to fix it. Was told I had to have another computer to fix it in order to download BIOS. When I told them I didn't have another computer, they told me they couldn't do anything else for me. Not even replace their faulty product! I'm a single grandparent, raising grandkids. What this company does to people is reprehensible. I say CLASS ACTION THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!

Very bad customer service, I recently purchased the HP 14s and 3 days later I phoned them up to find out that they had none in stock even though they still had my money which is unacceptable, I hope in the future their customer service improves.

My only computer I have is my new HP. I am in nursing school and I woke up one day and the computer wasnt working. After performing over an hr of tests with a rep I was told I would receive an email with the service order to send it back for repair. After 2 days, I had received no email. Contacted them again and they said it would take another 48 hours due to "technical difficulties" and if I wanted to take it in somewhere I could be charged for repair. So, its going to be over a week with no laptop (which I HAVE to have for school). The computer was already faulty when I bought it brand new. Never again will I buy an HP.

SHAMEFUL!!! DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. NO TECH SUPPORT AVAILABLE. YOU WILL BE ONLINE WAITING AT THE CHAT/WAPP/MESSENGER FOR INDEFINITE TIME AND NO ONE WILL HELP.

I would not even give a one star. I signed up for the ink program and regret it ever since. I don't use that much ink, so I stopped the ink program. Even though I own the printer and the software it will not let me scan, print or fax without being signed into Hewlett Packard online. Which seems to change my settings of the printer to what they want like Wi-Fi. I don't want to use wi-fi to print, security reasons. I will never buy another Hewlett Packard printer or anything ever again.

The worst online shopping experience. They try hard to make your return difficult and impossible. I bought a laptop and somehow wanted to return it without even opening the box because I needed money back for some other emergency. They put a restocking fee and still no refund after 10 days. Outrageous

I purchased an HP printer and called HP tech support to get the printer up and running. I was told that there was something(s) on my computer that was preventing the printer driver from working properly. I was told I was being turned over to “a tech expert “ which I assumed would also be an HP. Without my knowledge I was turned over to someone at Texas a company located in Edmonton Alberta, who proceeded to get my printer working. The cost was $600. and any guarantee given to me was from Texas not HP. In short I was scammed !! Be very careful in dealing with HP support.

HP instant ink program is a big rip-off. Stay away! They changed the program on me, then they raised the price of my ink. When I finally had enough I cancelled the program and they immediately shut off use of the ink I had already purchased. I now have 2 tanks of ink that I cannot use. AND they want me to send the ink back to them! I guess they want to use it for some other poor sucker. I will get rid of my HP printer and go with a company that is reliable and honest.

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!! If you connect a printer to the internet, you will be extorted to continue using the product ("Instant Ink"). Any attempt to reconcile the problems will be shot down by hilariously misnamed customer service. I can not recommend more strongly to never buy HP Products. If Zero Stars was an option, I would choose it.

I'm afraid HP has lost a valued and long-time customer. I have bought Hewlett-Packard products for MANY years. My first scientific calculator cost me $150 (marked down from $300) back in 1974.  I have been a loyal customer for all these years, but now, their management decisions and poor customer support have forced me to find another company to provide my electronic needs. I will now reevaluate continuing my relationship. Customer service has become something that could be expected of a SPAM organization. They take new printers hostage, by offering a software update which it turns out will not allow consumers a choice of HP or after-market ink. When support is needed, even if HP ink is used, they allow their consumers to suffer dropped callbacks and unprofessional service support. I encourage everyone to take a look at other electronic purchase options. It appears HP has taken a position to return stockholders a dividend at the expense of us, the basic customer.
