If i could give 0 stars i would. Not enough delivery drivers. Waited almost 2 hours, then i had to get the food myself and request Wagamama to remake the food as it had been sitting there so long. Customer services was poor and rude. One assistance said i can get a refund as i was eligible under the circumstances then they hung up. Another said i wasn't eligible. Shall be using justeat from now on. Deliveroo are awful, i believe the averaged review speaks for itself.

They won't deliver your order and refuse to refund you. This has happened in several occasions in the last couple of months, after order has been placed no driver will show up or make any attempt of contacting you, they'll say rider was there and couldn't reach you and refuse to refund you or deliver the food again. This is not a one-off, it has become usual, not only in my case but I know more people that has had the same experience. Deliveroo customer service keeps saying they'll take the feedback into consideration but it just keeps happening. I wouldn't recommend anyone using Deliveroo as they will charge you for an order you'll never receive and attempt to not refund your money.

Missing items not getting refunded these scammers are making thousands of pounds of people. If you don’t deliver something reimburse it. An inquiry needs to be opened and people compensated. Who the hell do they think they are ???

Do not use !!!!! ordered food and never received order and delverroo never helped me they are thieves Took my money and run complete scam order at your own risk Con artists !!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a joke of a company - they seemed okay to begin with but today I requested a credit for missing items, which happens a lot, and was told I wasn't getting a refund, no reason given! They have my money and I don't have the goods - shocking customer service, don't even bother trying to complain to them, they don't answer. Daylight robbery!!! AVOID

Ordered a meal from a local chippy via Deliveroo. After around 30 mins the app on my PC showed something like 'Delivered on time!! Enjoy your meal'. The problem was the food had not been delivered. I managed to contact them on an online chatline and was told that they would re-order a fresh delivery. They didn't. The manager of the chippy delivered the food personally. Over an hour later a driver turned up at the shop asking for the delivery. I managed to get someone from Deliveroo on the phone who told me they were still waiting to assign a driver. An utter shambles. I will never order food from this incompetent shambles of a company again.

So terrible. My order did not turn up. Can't contact driver. I didn't get a refund. I was sent someone else's order. Drivers are useless can't follow simple directions. Never use them! Waste of money!

Absolutely shocking always items missing don’t get back to you till a day later. Wouldn’t give me a refund for items missing just said they will take my feed back onboard and nothing they can do yet why do I have to pay service charges for? Poor poor poor stay away from Deliveroo

The order never arrived and it went to an address that I never entered. The help live chat was useless and no agents responded after I waited over half an hour

I ordered 17 items for grocery delivery, 13 were cancelled. Of the 4 that were supposed to come, only 2 did and the others were substituted with one random ready meal. Emerald from customer service refused to help me because the driver intentionally didn’t attach a receipt to the bag. I just had to accept the loss. Never. Again.

Yes if I could gave below 0 I would and I would say please if you use it make sure u double check your bank after payments if you do shopping if items are missing you should report it immediately even if its say £0 still because later it will be paid from your account like my case only noticed couple days later and they said they can't refund it like seriously stealing just like that I been using it for while and never noticed might have happened many times .so yes i strongly not recommend it or would advice you to trust it either. Never again

If I could give zero stars I would. I made an order on Deliveroo for the convenience. Firstly, I had Deliveroo make multiple orders and charge me twice. Secondly I had missing items, which I was unable to communicate with the lady delivering my items, as she did not speak English; therefore was attempting to refuse the order. The driver was then stuck at my house for an hour as the ID code which I was using was not working. Upon speaking to manager Eric from customer service, I was attempting to have this issue resolved. I was told that this has to be escalated to another team. I asked for a telephone number which under the customer rights act I have a right to do so, he was then told he does not have a telephone number, and only correspondence with them via email. I had asked to be copied into the email; however was told that this is not allowed, which is a breach of the consumers act. I send this to CEO Will to resolve and was redirected to the unhelpful Andreia, who was only offering me with a partial refund and a pathetic excuse of resolution. If Deliveroo truly valued its customers, I would have automatically received a full refund for all which had not arrived. In addition to receiving a level of compensation for all the trouble I've gone to, for something that should have been so simplistic. Thank god my bank has opened a dispute against Deliveroo and was able to provide me with a full refund. Needless to say I will never be using Deliveroo services again.

Refused to refund after being told by restaurant manager to process. Tell manager customer to request, tell customer manager to request. They do anything they can to keep the money and lie to do it. DO NOT order through them, if something goes wrong you won't get anything but a "sorry for inconvenience" and your money kept fraudulently
