They delivered to wrong address, neighbour told them to deliver here. Nothing happened, customer care not interested, computer says no as it was delivered, try looking in your front garden! Absolutely dreadful. Do not use as if things go wrong, and human nature suggests they will from time to time, then you lise out.

I don't know how this company is still in operation as it takes your money but doesn't perform. I paid once and got nothing delivered. Second time was when my company paid for a Christmas party delivery. You've guessed it. No delivery. The following morning ie 16 hours after the delivery time I got a text from Deliveroo cancelling.

NEVER USE!! ROBBING B*STARDS!! NEVER USE!!! Awful customer service and they dont send the right food!! Refused a refund after being sent beef instead of chicken (restaurant said the order just came through with no selection so admitted sending beef. No selection is impossible seen as the menu has chicken or beef listed as separate items!!) Deliveroos menu was clearly the issue yet they wouldn't rectify this. The restaurant also refused to correct the order so money down the drain!! £30 to be precise after each meal cost £10....

Deliveroo is a genuine joke. The customer service is without doubt the worst I have come across. Half our order didn't turn up and they just wanted to offer me a bit of credit. No attempt to make the order right, and wouldn't even refund the whole thing despite several people in our group having no food. It took me days to get my money back and the customer service staff are ludicrously unresponsive. After 7 days waiting I just had an email asking me what my email address was so they could process my complaint quickly... I have deleted my account and will never use them again when there are so many better alternatives. Use just eat or uber eats instead and save yourself the pain!

Order never arrived. When chased up by the restaurant it was discovered that the driver had claimed he could not contact us and that he had dumped our order. Deliveroo gave us the run around and did nothing. The restaurant said it was not their responsibility. £70 down the drain. Incompetent negligence and and outrageous situation.

All customers that use this service are getting well ripped off never order for your shopping from these guys as I ordered and got it delivered for (FREE) like it says but really your not they add at least 15 to 20p on top of produ you choose plus a small order fee of £2.57 plus service charge of 0.52p so don't bother save your pennies and do shopping yourself at aldi or if shop somewhere else spend £50 for free delivery this is just a company that likes to rip people off

DELIVEROO DELIVERWRONG! Their Customer Help line is just terrible. Contacted them less than 2 min after accidentally hitting the Order button. Did not cancel order just wanted a different delivery time. I suspect the service person was trained by HAL 900 from Space Odissey "I am sorry Dave I cannot do that"!

Deliveroo has to be one of the worst companies out there. I ordered a takeaway from my local Italian restaurant and ticked the box for gluten free pasta. Upon the order arriving, I took a bite and the pasta didn't taste right - Gluten free pasta has a bit more of a bite to it, so I immediately called the restaurant to check whether the pasta used was gluten free or not. They checked, admitted fault and were profusely apologetic and advised me to contact Deliveroo to be refunded. I contacted Deliveroo and was quite frankly appalled at the lack of customer care. I couldn't tell whether I was speaking to a human or a robot - the advisor was that robotic. They loosely apologised for the inconvenience but refused a refund. Really Deliveroo?! I called back to speak with another advisor to see if they could assist, but no - the same robotic, useless approach: loose apology and no offer of a refund. I should point out that I have a serious gluten allergy and I could have been admitted to hospital had I ate the food. Clearly Deliveroo think they are above the law and think that an incorrect order when an allergy is involved is acceptable practices. It is not, and is quite frankly dangerous. Deliveroo's approach, or lack thereof, is startling. They may have a large portion of the market, but their practices are downright dangerous, unethical and immoral. I will never, ever order with them again and would advise others to do the same, especially if you've an allergy. What a bunch of crooks.

Customer services unhelpful when I queried unknown transaction on my account. They did not inform me what it was for only advised me to get criminal investigation number if I wanted to take it further. I discovered it to be monthly subscription for delivery service accidentally signed up for. No order had even been placed. Very poor customer service.

deliveroo has the absolute worst customer service. every time i've had orders messed up or unfulfilled and complained about it, they've refused to issue refunds or take responsibility for the orders. ubereats has so much better of a customer service and is much more user friendly. i hate deliveroo

Order never turned up but on the order form it said it had been delivered. I paid my money for nothing. Customer service was a complete waste of time and money. So I through away money for nothing. Absolute the worst experience I have ever had. I would recommend everyone to use just eat.

My employer organised voucher from deliveroo to order lunch for virtual company day. I have placed an order for a higher amount than in voucher and went to pay the difference hopping that deliveroo will deduct different amount while checked out. But deliveroo charged me whole amount! My employer and me both made sevaral contacts to deliveroo customers service but they denied refund and suggested me to order another meal today to use the voucher. Why will I order 2 meals? I lost the voucher as it only lasted 12 hours. Awful service. No care for customers. Never ever I will use deliveroo again and I won't reccomend it to anyone.

Not even worth 1 star. Delivery is constantly late - gestimating 35 mins - then arriving 1 hour 30 late. Customer service seems to be just as useless as the tracking app that they use - no live tracking. Not worth the hassle - stay away

deliveroo , i have no words for for this company , my experience has been awful , the food came always late and food was cold every time , the customer service from both supervisor and staff was awful , they dont like to help thats it , i will never in a million years order from them again

Is Deliveroo a honest company. Ordered food.... Food was delivered to wrong location... Only solution was refund.... Can refund satisfy hunger... Manager call back to prove they are right. Customer if not delivered with food that they ordered should keep mouth shut and sleep in hunger.... Total dissatisfaction. People with children don’t order with Deliveroo or you will also face my situation of putting the kid to sleep with hunger

Do NOT use this app. I had a TERRIBLE experience with them. I noticed my rider was close so I went to the front door of my apartment block. I got a text via the app from my rider saying they can’t find me. I tried calling them, she hung up on me. I messaged her via the app and said I was standing outside the apartment door under a specific sign. I got a message back (an automated one) saying my rider couldn’t find me and left my delivery at the door. They didn’t!! I was the only apt door and my post code was perfect. the worst part was their customer service. I called their customer service line and over 1.5 HOURS later having spoken to two people, one being a manager they couldn’t help. They wouldn’t re-order my order-apparently they can’t do it on their side. They supposedly rang my rider and she said she left it at the door. She didn’t. I felt all they did was read of a script in front of them and wouldn’t help. They wouldn’t give an explanation. The alarming thing was 4 days earlier the EXACT same thing happened my housemate at a different address where the rider said they couldn’t find them-yet they were outside the door, they supposedly left the delivery at that door too but somehow Deliveroo did re-order their order. It was an appalling service where I felt they did not care about the customer and kept saying they would look into it.
