They are charging £3.50 for delivery that is 0.8 miles away from me! And service fee on top! Fees are too high it's becoming a scam. They already raise the menu price from the original restautant menu price. Shame on them. I'm not ordering with them ever again. There are better alternatives

First time using this service, was handed the pizza the driver starts to go I said excuse me there should also be a drink of fanta with this he starts to get agitated and tells me to just ring the restaurant pizza was stone cold and bashed about. This was the worst service also can only get credit for the drink no refund no nothing very patronising when you talk to them. Go with any other delivery service.

If I could leave no stars, I would. Just had a wrong order delivered. Had to ring up the helpline to be told that they could give me credit but they cannot redeliver. Had to shout at the helpline to get a refund, and I still have to pay for the delivery charge. Deliveroo was great when they first started. Not anymore. Shall be disabling the count.

New to Deliveroo and I wont be using them again. Ordered kfc and my order was missing several items. My sons meal didnt turn up!called kfc and the manager said "not my problem, you didnt order through us! I want a refund on my missing items, I will be taking this matter further!!!!

They didn’t deliver food and said they had: delivered, when they hadn’t, phoned when they hadn’t; waited for a response for 20 minutes when they hadn’t. Had to be pressed to refund and provided a paltry £5 compensation. Here’s hoping that they deliver the refund and compensation, but not holding my breath. Simply dreadful.

LIARS AND FRAUDS-USE UBER EATS INSTEAD! Deliveroo cancelled my plus account so I'd pay more on delivery. I was lied to and told that Deliveroo plus doesn't exist anymore but my husband just subscribed.

After waiting 2 hours and 30mins for… After waiting 2 hours and 30mins for deliveroo to deliver a takeaway which is less than an 8 minute drive then turn up with the wrong order the driver then got very argumentative and started to use threatening behaviour which then scared my Young children. I rang deliveroo to the be told that nothing would be done and have to wait 72 hours for a refund only when telling them that the call was recorded the manger then changed his attitude towards us but still no dinner and no refund

Ordered a Burger King from there tonight and it said it was delivered. Waited for 5 minutes and it hadn’t turned up so gave them a call to find out they had tried to deliver it but now left the area. No one knocked, called us or even pulled up outside the house as we were tracking the order and kept an eye out the window so I’m guessing the driver fancied it for dinner. Asked for a refund to find it would be 5-10 WORKING days! It gets taken out straight away why does it take so long to go back in! No help from the lady on the phone won’t be using there services again.

There's no where to add delivery instructions. I was lied to and told there was, I was told after you pay you can add the info. Several times ive had to go out the building to get my quickly cooling food. Why on earth there's no place to add delivery instructions, I dont know. Shows how badly the company is run by the management team. No common sense.

Absolutely horrific service. They accept orders knowing they don’t have drivers who can deliver. They’ve done this on 2 superstar occasion now and just continually extend the estimated delivery time without actually contacting customer. Customer service agents couldn’t care less. Takes 24 hours to refund so they are billing you for a service they know they cannot possibly deliver

Deliveroo is a untrustworthy company. Our order was delivered to the wrong address and when I complained, the generic response was that we will investigate and you should place another order. This is 2 hours after we placed an order and my family,including my pregnant wife, had to wait another hour for dinner.

Terribe. Worst out of all the companies that do this in the UK. They do not care about their customers and make it very hard to contact them when there are problems. They want to take your money and then for you to get lost. They also tricked me in to signing up for Ssomething called Deliveroo Plus. They obvisouly his it in the fine print of an order and then proceeded to take £12 from my account for absolutley nothing. Stay away! After a few orders you will soon find out why they are so poorly rated on all the review sites.

The food from Joes burgers turned up stone cold! Every time I order something from Deliveroo the good is never hot! What’s the point in paying high delivery fees when you have to heat the food up every time it comes!!

Food was stone cold and late to boot. When asked for a refund, they asked for my forgiveness instead of giving me back money for the expensive mel (four fancy pizzas at 57 euros). Ridiculous.

We had ordered the night before from the same restaurant and delivery was fine. So, easy to make customers wait over 2 hours to tell them their food isn't coming. Bad form

What a god awful service. I paid for hot food, burger and fries. Stone cold, no way to rate service! No one to get a refund from! How on earth is this business allowed to continue under trading standards!?
