I wish I could give a zero rating! My pizza was delivered to the wrong address, even though it was correct on the app. I tried to phone the driver and didn't get through. When I sent a message through the live chat facility, I was told that I wasn't eligible for a refund!! Avoid!

2 deliveries both awful. 1st over 40mins late. Food missing. Not even warm. Quality of food poor, soggy pizza this evening. Give me Uber Eats any day!!

Customer service is unbelievably bad. Two weeks to answer to a complain and not even solve it or try to solve it: " In this occasion we can't do anything else for you". I won't order anymore on deliveroo. Paying for food and service that I haven't received.

The Deliveroo delivery service is lacking in most aspects in comparison to competitors. Also I t’s customer service simply does not answer any request, especially if you’ve paid, and they are mistaken. Very disappointing. Proceed with caution. There is a lot of delivery competition, be careful to look at them closely before choosing Deliveroo.

Ridiculous. This service is a joke. Before we ordered it said it was going to be 20 minutes. As soon as we paid, 40 minutes, and then it actually took them more than an hour. Shocking customer swrvice, too. Just Eat all the way!

Over two hours wait for food. No drivers apparently. On a weekday, kids hungry. Customer service not interested. Appalling. Not even a proper apology. These companies are profiteerers. Get your takeaways direct from takeaways if you can. They are getting away with it

Only received half of my order and and after logging a complaint with them I have still not received a refund two months later. I will never use them again.

Food didn’t arrive despite app telling me it had been delivered. Difficult to resolve, no apology. No offer to redelicer. Won’t be using Deliveroo again.

I've literally been ROBBED my deliveroo driver because he ate my food, and they are now denying my refund, SEE ATTACHED, AVOID THIS APP FOR YOUR LIFE:

We ordered a takeaway because we have just returned from abroad, had no food in the house and were self isolating and so could not leave the house. Deliveroo failed to deliver the food but because their driver did not return it to the takeaway and indicated (lied) that the food have been delivered they refused to help us. Deliveroo Customer Services were useless, they initially tool does that the food have been delivered but that we had refused it. When they finally admitted that the food have not been delivered they refused to speak to the takeaway to get another order delivered and instead said that they would process a refund which would take 48 hours. When i told them that we were not happy with refund and wanted our food delivering they hung up. In the meantime we had waited 3 hours without having anything to eat. Deliveroo have now offered to give us a credit on our account rather than a refund. They are a disgrace.

Placed an order today, driver claimed they'd delivered the order yet nothing came through. I contacted customer services which was very unhelpful. Used their chat service and nothing progressed apart from issuing a refund with 48hrs. Very inconsiderate and insensitive of other people's situations 😒 am disappointed

Don't use these guys, save yourself a head ache and get just eat or just ring the restaurant directly (that's what they told me to do anyway when the food didn't arrive after 2 hours), they said they would send me an email in 72 hours. I just wanted my food and it never came.

As the first time orderer I put a £10 coupon, which was accepted and deducted the money. After I confirmed, it didn't deducted the money, and they sent me receipt without the discount. Customer service tried to convice me that it wasn't my first time ordering via deliveroo. Absolutely disappointment.

We ordered £60 worth of food,waited for for an hour and then was told it was delivered which it wasn’t as we have cameras on our drive and we didn’t have a visitor all day, I am struggling to get my money back so they leave me no alternative but take the matter to a small claims court, Crawley West Sussex

This is the worst delivery App and company ever, there is no option for communication through the app, there have horrible delivery team and customer support if there is less than one star I would defiantly use it

Deliveroo once had a fantastic customer service, now it’s predictably changed into a machine. I received fish instead of steak and was told that they are sorry, but there is nothing they can do. Previously, I received uncooked chicken, and was told the same thing. Both instances I provided photographic evidence.

Had some guy banging on my door last night at about half 8, ignored it as I wasnt expecting anyone, 20 seconds later the guy began banging again but didn't stop until we answered, must of hit the door 30 times at least, he had the wrong house, dickheads. We had a sleeping baby.

Poor service. Rade staff. first person we spoke to hung up, second person left us on hold for 25 minutes claiming they were going to get their manager. Absolutely appalling service. If there was an option for minus 5 stars i would rate them that!!!
