Not only the parcel was posted late, I've realized that instead of "NEP-Crystal", they've sent me NEP-powder (pictured attached). Update: I tend to believe that this seller is not reliable anymore: After complaining to them via email (their agent never contacted me as the claim): Sun, Jun 19, 6:16 PM "As for the review, I will request my manager to check and he will get back to you ASAP. ​We appreciate your understanding!" -No news since then!

As far as I can see - your order was placed with Standard Airmail which takes 1-7 weeks to deliver. We wish we could speed up the delivery process or influence it in some way, however, we regret to inform you that it's out of our hands. There are a lot of factors affecting the delivery timeframe, such as sorting centers maintenance, warehouse overloading, and on top of that, the current holiday season that caused a lot of unexpected delays. We always highly recommend our clients select only tracked and insured shipping methods like DHL or UPS. Please, be advised, that only these shipping methods are covered with 100% re-ship in case the package is lost or not delivered. However, we understand how frustrating this situation must be and we'd like to apologize on behalf of Post NL Airmail for the inconvenience that occurred. Used them for years and was extremely satisfied. However, a lot of issues with my last order: it was around 200 euros so it should've qualified for free tracked shipping as all my orders of similar value in all the years prior - this one however just didn't, no explanation. Then they supposedly shipped with DHL 9 days ago (that I paid quite a bit of money for), however DHL tracking shows that only a order log has been made and no goods were actually delivered to them, this AGAIN, for 9 days now. They are still waiting to receive goods from Realchems. No reply to any of my numerous emails, just complete radio silence, and I've tried each one of their email addresses. So yeah. Pretty sure I can kiss my 200 euros goodbye.

The shipping carrier has difficulties picking up packages from our facility and processing them at the sorting center. However, this issue has now been resolved and they are working as before now. ​ According to the tracking code, your package is now in transit. Please kindly allow DHL around 4-8 business days to complete the delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this situation! Also, we're sorry for any delays in replying. Our customer service agents check and review all the incoming requests in order and our average response time is 24 hours. First two orders came in relatively quickly (approx. 10-12 days overseas). The products contained show promise in my research so far. I'm ready to place my next (4th) order, however my third order, shipped April 28 has not shown up yet. Still waiting as of May 26. On arrival I will update this review.

We do offer 50% re-ships for orders lost by Post NL Tracked, however, this option doesn't work for seized orders. We always highly recommend our clients check the restrictions of their country for extra peace of mind before purchasing g certain products. All of the products listed on our website are absolutely legal in the Netherlands. However, some research chemicals may be relegated in some countries and unfortunately, we're not aware of all country's restrictions, so it's the sole responsibility of the client to make sure they're ordering legal products. Nevertheless, we understand how frustrating such a situation must e and never leave our clients empty-handed and offer a 20% discount for the next order in case their first order got seized. We highly appreciate your understanding regarding this matter! Our agent has also just contacted you with the details and we hope our solution would work for you. Never had problems with Realchems. Always get exactly what I ordered and I want to point out the news that is coming to email! Keep it going, good work! If i am ordering package there should be an option if a package will be delivered to the home, post office or parcel machine :)
