“Long time customer. Every order was top quality up to the point i recieved a mislabeled product. The chemical molecule name didn't corresponded to the label name. i aksed question about it and didn't received any explanation. Then i finally did some research to discover that the product was bunk and didn't even correspond to both appellation. I did another order in the mean time, a different product, this one is 100% accurate and top quality. I asked for a compensation, no answer not even apologies. The customer service isn't was it used to be. It seems it get too big for the team.”

“The quality of your product is awful. I’m sorry to say that, since I felt nothing, it’s rubbish. Furthermore I felt scammed because I paid a price and a couple of weeks later the same product was almost the 80% less. This was really upsetting!”

“One of 3 packages did not came, so I lost about 120Eurs, which is not acceptable. But the product is very good and transport is ok, so If you buy something and choose best option of transport, you will be very happy and you will not loose package like I did. Very nice are cheap prices. For me As a new user of your products, I would like to have much more information about products, so that I know perfectly what I am giving to my body. You should add more info about products. Not Just some chemical information, it will tell you nothing. But some more information about using, what it will make you, what it does to body. It needs more information so that normal People like me can understand, what they are really buying and are going to use.”

“C'était très long, premiere commande perdu pour des buvards ( sans suivi) cette commande avec (suivi). Et pour le retard on m'avait promis un kit gratuit de mon choix (lsd 125mg ou autre.. ) et que dal! Mais franchement le principal est là j'ai bien reçu ma fiole et pour ça pas déçu 😅🙈. “Bei den ersten beiden Bestellungen (eine davon als Testbestellung, ob alles klappt) lief alles super, die Ware war auch ohne Sendungsverfolgung innerhalb von ein paar Tagen da. Die dritte Bestellung ist offensichtlich leider verloren gegangen... Ich würde also jedem empfehlen den verfolgbaren Versand zu wählen, wenn einem die Zustellung wichtig ist. Jetzt bin ich etwas enttäuscht und werde in Zukunft wohl wo anders bestellen.”
