“Flawless service. They called me the day before to give me a time window for my puppy's arrival, to double check our address. and to let me know that I would receive a call once the puppy had been picked up at the airport. The following day I got a call with approximate arrival time within that window. Our puppy arrived on time and in great shape. Her carrier was clean and contained fresh pee pads. Would definitely recommend to anyone requiring this type of service.”

“I cannot say enough good things about out experience with My Pet Cab! The communication was amazing and timely. We were kept apprised of our puppies location and our driver Courtney was so pleasant and helpful. Would recommend to anyone needing their pet “family’ member to be transported. Would definitely use them again. Thank you!”

“I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I was notified the night before and they also called when my puppy was on her way. She actually arrived ahead of schedule. Wonderful, caring driver and customer service. Highly recommend!”

“My Pet Cab was wonderful, super friendly and communicative! Thank you Jeary for bringing our sweet little puppy and taking good care of him to get to us safely and with care, as well as your friendliness and kindness. From calling us when about 30 minutes away and again right at arrival so we could come out to meet him and get him, the service was excellent!”

“Neal, the driver communicated with us from the time he picked up our puppy from the airport to the time he was up the street from our house. You could tell that Neal truly enjoys what he does by the way he cared for our puppy.”

“Daisy kept us informed as to when she would be delivering our puppy and she was very friendly and courteous. There was just one small problem. The day before delivery someone from your company (not sure if Daisy or someone else) called and said they'd be here between 1:00-3:15 pm. However, on Saturday she called my husband around 11:00 am to advise she'd be here in 15 minutes. She was very prompt and got here I believe between 11:15- 11:30. Fortunately we were ready, but my husband had just returned home not five minutes earlier from running errands. This should be avoided in the future if possible, as we'd planned to run a short errand before our puppy was delivered, and in that case we wouldn't have been home (since the delivery was about 90 minutes earlier than what we'd been told). Otherwise, thank you very much for safely transporting our new puppy!!!”
