“Took good care of my new puppy. Only (small) issue was that I was told I would get a call/text 60 minutes prior to her arrival, I only got one when driver was 15 minutes away. I happened to check my phone and saw it in time to confirm I was home, but had I missed that….”

“Wow, wow, wow! Rudy was amazing! I was watching how tenderly he cleaned up my puppy and reassured her when he first arrived (and didn't know I was watching). He handed her over to me so gently and told me how wonderful she did during the trip and how beautiful she is. Overall, it was a perfect handover. Rudy made my first few minutes with my puppy very memorable and even took a few photos for me.”

“4.5 stars! I appreciated the phone calls with updates and verifying the location for delivery, etc. The only issue I had was when I saw Max take the dog out of the car; he kind of swung the crate and when the puppy was dropped off inside, the water was all over his pad and feet. It's just water, and the puppy is fine, but maybe don't swing the crate around for this poor tiny new puppy who is probably scared..... He did not know I was watching him through the window when he arrived.”

“I would like to commend Rafael my pet transport driver. He was stellar! Great communication throughout the long transport which is paramount for an apprehensive new fur mom!
