“My driver was Tim and he kept me abreast of my puppy delivery as soon as she arrived in Hayward. As well as send me updates. She arrived very happy, full of energy, and was pleased to see that she was given food and water so she did not have any distress from traveling. It was an overall great experience from Pet Cab. Tim asked if I had any questions, and explained her attached papers.”

Thanks for a great review and congratulations on your newest family member! In regards to food, this was provided by the breeder and this usually includes the brand name in one of the emails. You should reach out to them directly for the specific type if still required. Enjoy your first holiday season with your pup!

“Bruna was prompt in delivering Archie. In fact, she was early! My puppy loved her and I thought for a minute that he wanted to stay with her! Archie arrived clean, dry, and happy with food and water in the pet carrier. Everything went as planned, calls made by Bruna with arrival information, and all paperwork explained and in order. I was very pleased and there was no anxiety at all in this process.”
