“I think our cab driver's name was Paul. He was extremely kind, helpful, and cheerful. He carried our new puppy inside the lobby of the apartment, removed her from the crate, and was affectionate toward her as he passed her to us. He explained what he did during his stops, including cleaning her crate, making sure her water was full and trying to clean up her paws with baby wipes. I have no doubt that he is a caring person. It was nice to have someone be almost excited about delivering our puppy, as we were to receive her. Thanks.”

“Jamie was amazing! She was in constant contact with us providing us with status updates on ETA, etc. She was nice and gentle with our puppy and made sure she was comfortable during travel. Jamie cleaned our puppy before passing her off to us since she had a little accident during travel! lol”

“Worst experience ever. This company is horrible with communication and did not provide the care they promised for my dogs. My two dogs flight was delayed a couple hours and the company told me they didn't have someone who could stay with them that long, and pushed back their departure by a full 24 hours. They couldn't provide me with any flight information or an estimated time of arrival and I went almost 24 hours without hearing anything or knowing where my dogs were or when they were coming. I had to call the company and have the director get in contact with who was handling them before I even heard anything. When they finally did arrive nearly two days after expected, one of them had a bladder infection and was constipated (problems he's never had before). They both acted like they have never seen food or water before making me wonder when the last time they got to eat or drink anything. I'm thankful they made it but the lack of communication was extremely disappointing. Not to mention the stress of worrying about them and not knowing where they were/when they would arrive made an already stressful situation unbearable. I am in shock of how poorly my dogs were treated. Do not book with this company.”

“Tim was excellent, very prompt and arrived on time, he called us 30 minutes before arrival, he was very gentle and had excellent customer service, he brought our puppy safe and give him food and water while traveling so our puppy was happy, rested and clean. Tim provided instructions and all papers needed, we are very happy with the service.”

“The driver delivered our new pet puppy safe & sound! However, I just wished she would haven taken time to review the pet paperwork with us, etc. I just didn’t expect a quick “here you go”, picture snap and then “bye””
