“Jerry was very pleasant but he should have called and told me he was running an hour late. My window was 2-5 PM and he arrive after 6. A long day waiting for my puppy. Jerry had SEVEN puppies to deliver from NJ to CT. My puppy was the last. A long time in an airplane from Oklahoma and even longer van drive. The puppy had food and water in the kennel. That also would have been nice to know. The women manning the phones don't seem to have much information; Why do you even give people their phone number?”

“A representative from My Pet Cab called me the day prior to confirm the ETA for our new puppy and give the driver’s name. The day of delivery, I received a strange call from someone I barely heard or understood, but eventually figured out was a different driver delivering our puppy. He arrived with my filthy puppy and again was difficult to understand, but had the necessary paperwork so we had a successful handoff. A call from My Pet Cab relaying the change in plans would have gone a long way.”

“Our puppy was delivered with care and appreciate the communication. Our puppy and travel crate arrived cleaned, plus with fresh water and food. All the vet records included, great service. Once I opened the door, my puppy was handed into my arms and pictures done.”
