“Having used Starwood twice for big moves with a “restricted” breed, I couldn’t be happier with the team. They’re friendly, knowledgeable and focused on making the pet parent feel comfortable with a challenging process. Especially moving to and from Hawaii, they were on top of all the requirements that had to be met to get our pup in and out of the state correctly. Would absolutely recommend and use again!”

“Guys!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I was so stressed having to get the pups over to the U.K for the USA but so relieved they made it safely and were so well looked after!! From the beginning of the process, speaking with lovely Adam who then put me onto lovely Sarah in the UK, it was easy, great communication, thorough and you can tell everyone really cares about the animals and their health and safety. THANK YOU THANK YOU!! xo”

“Very professional and quick to respond. We had to relocate our dog during the pandemic and were very nervous about it. Starwood did a great job of helping us solve the problem and relocate Joy to her new home!!”

“From start to finish Starwood Animal Transport have been absolutely phenomenal - we had complete faith in them at a time when the uncertainty of travel meant a lot of thinking way outside the box- but nothing was too much for Kirsty, Adam, Nick and Chris!! We literally cannot thank you enough- you have made us very happy pup owners! Coach looked like she was smiling the whole way home!”

“The US part of the service is very poor. Excuses like a time difference to not get any updates about my dog's journey - that someting which is not acceptable at all. I don't care if someone in the states is going to sleep because someone else in Germany could send me an update. That's just one example of how horrible service quality you are providing in the States. Singapore's part of the service is excellent.”

“I can’t thank Sarah, Adam and their colleagues enough for reuniting us with our dog North. Everything was against them trying to get us together with COVID-19. They tried and tried and everything kept getting cancelled. They were there day and night working and reassuring us they were doing all they could to reunite us. 25 days later we have him with us. We really thought it was going to be months as his journey was from Texas USA to Aberdeen Scotland. Not a straightforward journey for them to figure out with so many places and borders closed but he’s here. We will be forever grateful.”

“Thank you for helping bring our beloved dog, Rowdy, back to our family. We moved from Austin to London on March 15th, right as the world went into lockdown. It was always the plan that Rowdy would join us a week or two later, but with the lockdown we had no idea when he could. Thankfully Sarah and the team figured out how to get him to a different city where he could fly out in a small window when flights were open as nearly all flights were cancelled. When that flight was cancelled they sprang into action again and got him on an earlier flight. Earlier in the process they also knew things about forms that even my vet wasn't aware of. I cannot imagine navigating this without them as I'm sure there would have been some delays or he just wouldn't have made it for months. The handlers seemed to truly love animals and appreciate our boy! The pictures of his travel day and the arrival video were so special and helped us through the uncertainty of this time. Thank you!”

“Despite my initial reservations about using a relocation service for my pet, I am so glad we did. We are exporting our dog from the US to the UK during the chaos of the Coronavirus. This has been extremely challenging, but our coordinator, Ryan, bent over backwards to help us find a way to export our pet. We would never have achieved this without her. The whole process has been excellently handled.”

“Starwood Animal transport was amazing! From Tanner that answered all my questions early on and then last minute as the COVID-19 pandemic made changes to all our plans, to Ryan who answered all my text and helped track down the giant crate needed for my lab/pit mix, to Kayla at pick up that calmed my fur mama fears. I would highly recommend and will use again in the future should I need to fly my fur babies again.”

“Starwood provided great service and support throughout the transport of our dog from the US to the UK, during a time of much difficulty and restrictions with international travel. Out of all the companies I contacted they were the first ones to offer us help, and went above and beyond to make sure our dog was able to join us. Thank you Starwood!”

“Great communication, almost always available I was shocked at how often and fast my pet coordinator responded to any issue I had. They navigated the complications of going from a personal to commercial move so that my visa wouldn't be restrained by my dog's transport availability. They managed to get my dog moved overseas from US to UK during the coronavirus shut down after all pet transports were being cancelled. He cleared customs no problem at all. Absolutely amazing, they were even better than my lawyer handling my own spousal visa. Thanks again to them for everything.”

“There are no words to explain how Grateful I am to Sarah and her exceptional team @starwoodanimaltransport throughout this stressful insane time she was there with us every step of the way supportive, professional , understanding and extremely productive ! She made it happen for us that our fluffy baby bear Duke ( 75lb German shepherd) was flown from Los Angeles & into our arms in England ! The world is in a crisis and she made it happen with cancelled flights , then he was on stand by !! finally there was a glimpse of hope and she was able to put our Duke onto the last flight Over the weekend with BA !!! Incredible ! If you are looking for a Pet Animal Transport here they are I’ve used them for years , they are amazingly kind and caring . Sarah you have helped and supported my family , we are all together again putting a smile on my children’s face once again ! Duke has settled back into our country living he seems to know how lucky he is ! THANK YOU SARAH !! you are the best feeling gratitude and blessed from across the pond !! 🙏🏽 ❤️🙏🏽🇬🇧”

“I thought my coordinator was amazing. She was very responsible and hands-on. However the actual pick up process was not well documented and was a bit of a nightmare. It involved sitting in a warehouse by the airport for 5 hours, multiple trips to customs, then finally getting pets that were in really bad shape. Like my dog hasn't gotten water for hours, same with the cat. None of this is Starwood's fault certainly (like the flight itself was great and the paperwork was in order) but more guidance on the actual pickup would have been good.”
