“Physical product is much different then what is seen on the site. Colors are faded, slightly blurry and not as vibrant. For the price I would not recommend this. Great marketing and product photography. Fooled me.”

“Lamp is nice wiring is terrible, wheel switch difficult to use. Lightbulb screw in assembly broken on both lamps. We had to replace on both lamps!”

“I was charged almost immediately for the rug but it did not arrive until almost a month later. I did contact customer service and they were very rude and curt with me. I dont' know why as that was unneccesary. I was only inquiring as to what was the delay. They never told me but sort of just blasted me. The vinyl rug arrived and it seems very cheaply made. It's very thin and it slides a bit on my kitchen vinyl floor. I'm not thinking this is going to last very long. The ONLY thing I like about it is the old whitewashed wood look on it. I will never order again after being treated so poorly by their Representative.”

“Paid $25 for a swatch thinking I would receive an a to scale piece of the design & color of the vinyl rug I’m interested in. What I received is a box of small, not to scale (in seems by looking at the website pics) of the design I like in all the colors it comes in. Small 4x4in squares. One swatch in the design/color I requested with the design to scale is what I hoped for. So $25 later I don’t have a better idea of the size of the design I like or how it might look in my home. Disappointed.”

“I am so sorry to have to report that I am disappointed by my purchase. I have admired your mats for years and was very excited to be purchasing one. However, the scale of the pattern on the mat I received is not the scale that I thought I would get. It's many times larger than I expected. I thought your method of showing a pattern's scale by photographing it with a pair of feet was a perfect way to show the all-important scale of each design. So that's what I thought I would get. The very large-scale pattern I received is not what I wanted. The color and quality are good, but it doesn't look right on the floor.”

“I’m sorry. I never write unfavorable reviews but this product let me down. First, the colors are different from what I saw on the screen. I was expecting black and white. I got dark brown and off white. I bought a small size - so my bad for choosing something without much substance but for the price this seems like a bad value. It has been lying on my hardwood floor for a week but has yet to flatten out so it’s a tripping hazard, with one edge refusing to settle down.”

“Unfortunately, the online picture and description said “hanging” and we mistook that to mean the ones that hang in the air rather than mount on the wall. So they were beautifully worthless to us(we have a hanging one already and assumed since the description said “hanging”….) Well we paid shipping both ways for nothing. - a waste.”

“Still waiting for return slip. I sent video of poorly made soap dispenser. It' s beauriful but the top doesn't stay on and wobbles when you pump the soap. Hudson & Vine asked me to describe the problem and I made a video for them. Still didn't get my return slip.”

“Re: Vintage vinyl floor mat. Your web site does not tell the customer just how fragile your product is. I ordered the smallest first, as a sample. Very nice looking, but I had planned to use it in a kitchen as shown in your ad. I learned from the accompanying information that it cannot withstand dish soap or the design may wear off, it shouldn't have furniture on it. Only wipe with water, possibly a hand soap rinsing carefully! None of this information was described on the website. So, I will not be moving forward with my planned larger purchase. Most people expect vinyl flooring to have some resilience. It is after all, a flooring.”
